check in was very quick and easy room was upgraded, spacious and clean pool was spacious despite the many families present access to the Dead Sea was great especially as I had an elderly mother in a wheelchair too much food

The property smells like an old hospital, furniture are cold and feel like a classroom furniture and cold, walls and bathroom moldy, old , walls painted with different kind off paint very visible trying to cover dirty walls, they also tried to shove beds in our bedroom to try to acomódate our party that we couldn’t move instead of accommodating the room size to the party, to remind you we booked this months ago!! horrible experience we had to leave 30 minutes after check in. The staff charged me the 17% VAT TAX, they are not supposed to as my reservation clearly stated that the VAT WAS ALREADY INCLUDED, but they did anyways, claiming booking.com is wrong by including the amount, which is a lie, customer service was horrible and rude. I do not recommend this horrible hotel.

clean and comfortable hotel. a lot of space/ sitting area outside and inside the hotel

not all staff speaks English in the bars, and some staff were rude. if you don’t speak Hebrew they even don’t want to listen you and try to understand. I would recommend them to make the jar for tips, maybe they will be happier to serve clients .

- Beach cleanness very bad. Bad smell when out of the pool to the direction of the dead sea. - A lot of waste food from guest, something unbelievable. But when I asked the manager to put at least some advise asking people to get only what they eat, the answer was: "there's nothing I can do" - Big problem at hotel check-in. Reservation under my son (not Israeli) had to pay taxes because we were miss informed by phone there wasn't a problem. This is just unacceptable. Talked with manager that didn't want to honor the word from the employee gave me by phone.

Awesome place to relax on the Dead Sea. Very good managment and personel. Upon our arrival we were chosen as special guests and they changed class of our rooms to the higher one for free. Tasty and high quality food. Our personal represantative Shomlit was amazing, a lot of attention and presents . We were gladly surprised. Thanks so much!

In general all is on good level . I'd add only one thing . I'd keep this place cleaner.

on the ninth floor balcony there was a dead pigeon and dirty towels which nobody came to clean. we had ants by mini bar fridge too
