I loved the room, the area, and the facilities. Staff need additional training in customer service. This is an expensive

I was upgraded to a nice one bedroom apartment. There’s a little mall adjoining the hotel.

Customer service was not up to the standard I am used to. Room service is slow, over an hour to get the order in your room. I was delayed by 20 minutes at checkout as there was no change.

The breakfast was OK but as a 5 star hotel you need some staff who can speak English also to help we the Anglo-phon guest. Added swimming pool will be ok
