It was well located and had a nice garden

We left our phone charger there. Next day got in touch with the hotel, they asked for our room number and never got back to us. We wanted to drop by and pick it up but no one bothered to reply!

the hotel is situated in a great location, close to the shopping mall and many food places

hotel facilities aren’t great, * no iron * toilet flush didn’t work - Breakfast was horrendous not worth the money at all.

It was the second worst hotel experience I've ever had. Everything was very old and never hygienic. When we arrived, the room wasn't even ready. I would never recommend it to anyone.

No water bottler in the room ( 4 stars Hotel ! ) Not that clean, you could see some hair in the bathroom sink One set of towels ( for 2 people), I had to ask for an additional set. The night desk guy was very rude to us for coming at 6:30 AM ( from our wedding !!! )

Lovely hotel in a quiet location within the Fes, new city centre. This space hotel was very well run and provided very secure parking for motorcycle traveller that choose to have a day off of riding.

toilets were a poor quality (blocked toilets), no bidet, dirty towels, no 24/7 service even though that’s what was written on Booking.com

It was convenient for driving to the Medina and nearby restaurants. Check in was efficient. The pool area and landscaping was well taken care of and a nice place to chill and relax.

The rooms and bathrooms need a deep cleaning. The breakfast was not included in our stay and cost 10 Euros for very little so we opted out. Also our first full day was the first day of Ramadan so most cafes and restaurants were closed. We simply just went to a nearby Carrefour and purchased items to eat at the mall’s outdoor terrace-problem solved.

Breakfast was not good at all, very basic for a four star hotel, not much choise at all, had to go to a cafe in the morning for breakfast.

The room is quite rundown. There was a water leak in the toilet flush and it was dripping 24 hours a day and disturbing. The bay window is not airtight and does not close, so it brings in noise, dust, etc. even the bathtub after the shower was leaking water all over the bathroom...The small TV in the room does not work. All the pieces of furniture in the room are old and don't seem to be well maintained. This is very disappointing coming from a Moroccan hotel chain, and the price paid is excessively expensive
