Nice hotel but...

all the staff are nice. The view from my room is food.

Except the two asian men staff in the front desk seems they are checking the computer were so rough and impolite. A little disappointed. The hotel outlook is good except the the simplified Chinese character.

Mixed feeling at Vancii hotel

Our stay at Vancii Hotel in Chefchaouan was nothing short of fantastic. The staff, notably Brahim and Zakaria, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the modern design added to the overall comfortable and stylish ambiance. Our room was equipped with all the essentials, including a brand-new TV and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. An added delight was the beautiful terrace on the rooftop, offering a breathtaking view of Chefchaouen city.

While Vancii Hotel in Essouira has some notable strengths, we encountered a few issues during our stay that need to be addressed. The elevator was slow, which became quite inconvenient during our stay. Additionally, we experienced issues with the hot water supply, which was sparse and intermittent, leading to discomfort. The restaurant's focus on Asian cuisine seemed to cater more to Asian tourists, which limited the variety of options for other guests. Lastly, we noticed that the cleanliness of the sofas on the rooftop terrace could be improved. Addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience at Vancii Hotel.

Nice spot but AC didn’t work!

Great location! Friendly staff.

The air conditioning didn’t work in several rooms. The maintenance guy came twice. After the third visit, we were moved to another room at 1:30 am where the air conditioning did not work again. It was a very hot sweaty night and we didn’t sleep. Very disappointing!

Centrally located and very clean.

The TV was programmed for Asian channels and was located in the corner of the room. The room was not sound proof so we could hear the traffic noise.

Great location near the Kasbah, great view but needs more soundproofing.

The bed was super comfy. The Wifi was great. The bathroom was large and our view was lovely. The breakfast is ok and served on a lovely roof terrace. The roof terrace is the best thing about the hotel. Everything could have been amazing but....

Our room was right next to the elevator on the 4th floor and the door is not sound proofed in any way. People talking before the elevator or walking up the stairs to the roof terrace were very audible in the room and is not great for light sleepers (people are moving around late and very early, so you'll want to bring earplugs).

Dirty blankets

The shower stalls needed some TLC. Two of 3 booked room had a dirty blanket on the bed….which I brought to their attention. Only one was changed tho.

Great hotel in Chefchaouen with stunning views

Amazing panoramic views from the windows. Gorgeous terraces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Breakfast selection was great. Close to parking (though it is paid separately)

helpful staff, great location, beautiful roof top

had to change my room as there was smell of sweage in the room, the second room they offered me was full of freshner spray so had to leave the window open to get rid of it as i didnt bothet to chabge the room again, and there was no phone to call reception in the second room

Excellent location, nice and clear hotel , good service.

The location is excellent- comfortable for getting with a car there ( most of the places that are inside the old city are only by foot and with a lot of stairs and up the hill). The room with the balcony was wonderful with great view of the city- I recommend taking this room. Wi-Fi is excellent as well. New hotel and clean one too.

Loved the extra large L shaped swimming pool. Can do lap swimming.
