Not so good. Fourth time booking with hotels.com. I get rooms near the elevator or near laundry and maintenance rooms. I have requested a quiet location, but they tell me my room is already chosen. I will not book with the app. I feel I can do better negotiating a room without a third party. Also, my points expire the end of the year. Not good.

Our stay was very pleasurable. We were able to check in early and the staff was very friendly.

The King Accessible room was gigantic, with lots of space to be able to move around the room. The sink was recessed and less accessible as a result. It was a bathtub room because they didnt have a roll in/king available and we chose to not get the roll in/2 queen. The TV was small for the size of the room and how far you're from it while in the bed or the chair. There was a microwave, fridge, and a closet space. The bathroom door and room door opened into each other, but the bathroom door was not self closing (preferred).

Derrick was amazing and very accommodating. Ms. Fannie was excellent as well. My family and I were in town for a funeral and our stay was great! Thank you so much Hilton Garden Inn in Daphne Al. We will be back!!

Hotel is older but they are trying to keep it updated and for the most part it is. You really see the age in the bathroom floors, corners and tile work. But otherwise clean.

The first thing was an extremely friendly check in. Raiden was very smiley and helpful. Bar service by Jeff was fun. Amanda helped me with some business the next morning. Definitely will return to this property

Shower didn’t work.There was black mold in the shower and you could smell the mold really strongly.There was the smell of urine Near the table that held the television. I had an allergic reaction to something in the room.

The room was clean. The bed comfortable. Check in was flawless. Front desk clerk was perfect! My only complaint would be the bar and bartender. While we were eating, there was a young man sitting at the bar - not eating or drinking - but he was on the phone. He had it on speaker so everyone in the dining room and bar could hear his conversation. Lots of foul language. And I mean A LOT of foul language. It made me uncomfortable. The bartender said nothing to him and did nothing to discourage him.

I GOT CHARGED DOUBLE. According to the hotel. I stayed 2 nights. Which really it was only 1. Checkdd in same day as my reservation. Have proof and everything's showing that i complied on my end. Very disappointing

I would definitely recommend a stay here. Everything was so clean, the vibe was real relaxed & chill, and the staff members all over the hotel were so hospitable and pleasant. It was also pretty convenient to food, shopping, movie theater, etc. Hint: the lighted outdoor patio at night is cute.

One night stay over, they charged a $10 dollar fee on arrival, didn’t give a reason. Room was clean and staff friendly. Bed comfortable and, thank goodness A/C working great in the intense heat !

Traffic noise was annoying; loud motorbikes & bubba trucks. Bathtub/shower very slippery with no mat in the tub. Only one caffeinated coffee k-cup supplied for 2-day stay for 2 guests.

I was surprised that my family and I would have ended up disappointed with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The area is nice and as well as the hotel in general. The room we were placed in had the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Felt like sleeping on a park bench. The AC thermostat was not appropriately secured to the wall and it was a struggle getting it to adjust temperature and I was afraid I was going to break it. For as much money I paid to stay here for two nights (over $300 after using my $125 reward), I would have never suspected to have regretted booking here. In my opinion, over $200 a night for the quality of these hotel rooms is ridiculous. The breakfast buffet is an extra charge per guest and it was the equivalent of what I could have gotten for free at another competitor's hotel. Parking is also a hassle if you are getting in late. We had to park in another hotel's connecting lot. The late-night front desk worker was nice and I thought about asking for a different room but the hotel was packed out both nights and I wasn't going to be surprised to be told there was not anything they could do. Also, I am pretty sure the beds are all the same in each room so I felt like there wasn't anything I could really do to fix the situation. Other than that, it was fine. My family and I felt safe being there.

The front desk staff was helpful upon arrival. The air conditioner works well. The location is convenient.
