The hotel seems dated but the room was comfortable and the front desk personnel was friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable hotel. I actually left something in the room, called and it was at the front desk as soon as I returned. Staff was friendly.

We didn’t have any hot water at all. We should have been informed of this upon our arrival.

We stayed overnight and left very early in the morning.I can't give a remark on breakfast but, the night was quiet for us.

For $160/night this place is crap. No breakfast , bathroom door did not have a lock so you have to jam a towel in between to keep it close while you were in there , shower curtain has big gaping holes in it and water will be all over the floor when you shower and last was the foot towel was already stained and dirty . I have all pictures of the property to prove it also

Everything was good. My only recommendations would be to have more parking (specifically handicapped!) and to have more than one luggage cart.

We “damaged” 2 washcloths and 2 towels and the hotel charged us $150 EXTRA!!!!! Said that was their damage linen basic charge. I WILL NEVER STAY WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN I asked to speak to the housekeeping manager and she never called back.

My needs are simple a clean comfortable quiet room. This place was fine in my book. Hotel did not offer a breakfast but there was a Huddle House within walking distance. Yes. I would stay here again

Very disappointed in amenities. No ice available in hotel and freezer on our refrigerator did not work. Also no cleaning services unless you specifically request it. No phone to access lobby to advise of garbage sitting in hallway for days plus the community garbage can never emptied for days.

Really awful. Front desk lady refused early check-in even though room was ready because I "booked through a third party." Room smelled musty. Bugs throughout. Bathroom faucet was DISCONNECTED from counter. Water still flowed but the faucet literally moves around from side to side. Property is dated. There's a Marriott a couple hundred yards away. Stay there instead.

Outstanding customer service from the front desk associates. Xavier and Tracy were very professional and answered all questions regarding early checkout. This was my first time visiting the Enterprise area, hope to visit again soon, and hope to stay again at Candlewood Suits. This was
the best hotel visit!!!

Didn't like the fact that large dogs were allowed; encountered a German Shepherd getting off the elevator and a pitbull was in the yard area. Both dogs were leashed but the shepherd was somewhat aggressive and could easily have pulled away from the small female that held the leash.
In addition the security latch on our door was broken.
On a positive note, the staff was pleasant and helpful

Front desk staff was very nice at check in and check out. Our room was spacious and clean. We slept well and heard no noises. We enjoyed our stay.

After checking in and inspecting the room I noticed mold at base of wall in the restroom. So I asked for a swap of room which they obliged. This room was satisfactory but the air conditioner never really fully cooled the room off. Also the bath tub needed extra attention cleaning wise so I had to clean it myself because I didn’t want to continue swapping rooms or get to another room to have something worse.

Overall experience was very good. There were a few issues with the room but were minor and the staff was quick, courteous, professional, and very beyond helpful each step of the way. I would certainly stay there my next trip or in their sister hotels.

Ruined the reservation and it was sold out so they couldnt help us. Put a family of 4 in a room with 1 ned and thought it was ok to say they didnt have roll in beds. After insisting, the beds were gross,old,rickety. We had no bath towels-THEY RAN OUT. This is not how to get a 4 star review. Never, ever, again.

Was a nice place to stay, area safe around hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Is pet friendly but has a $100 nonrefundable deposit. Only disappointment was the onsite clothes washing machines were not working. Would stay there again.

Great customer service, hotel is clean. Only issue I had was the nonrefundable $100 pet fee. I'm used to paying a fee - but it's usually refundable. Because of that, I cancelled my next day reservation - since I had to pay $100 a night for my pup!
