Bed was very comfortable!!! Room was clean. Front desk was nice. We left something at the hotel and the front desk was very helpful in sending it to us. We are grateful that the cleaning staff put it where it could be easily located for us to find. The area is very nice with lots of restaurants and shopping. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was highly rated and in a great location. The room was fine but the lobby and breakfast area were being renovated so that is the reason for the lower rating. It was a construction zone and dusty, loud, etc. which was a surprise to see and took away from the enjoyment of our experience.

Elevators were both out of order on morning of check out and we had no hot water. At 9 AM on our first morning there was loud construction going on in building. Not a very good stay at all.

While the property was clean and decent and in a good area, the noise from constant refurbishing on the floor above was absurd. My room was not services once over 10 days, even after asking. Staff unattentive.

When we arrived the lobby was full with about 30 kids without any kind of supervision running around, screaming etc. It was hard to hear the woman who was checking us in. When we got to the room the beds were somewhat made with the bedspread and sheets weren't exactly made like any other hotel room I've ever encountered. I actually wondered if they had already been slept in. The remote on the tv was slow to react at best, if at all, and when we could get it to work there was no way to get to a guide to see what choices were provided. We also kept hearing something that sounded like Darth Vader breathing. After several hours, we finally figured out it was the elevator that was on the other side of our wall. Kids were running up and down the halls ALOT. The bathroom was clean as far as the sink, tub and toilet but the floor seemed dirty. For $170+ I expected at least a clean, neat and quiet room with a functioning tv.

I like Your hotel have used it for years. Did not like that i requested my room to be cleaned and it was not. I had to request it again the day before leaving. Also was unaware that you clean every four days. I would have like to have known that.

The staff was very friendly. The condition of the hotel was okay. The room door would get stuck and you had to force it open or push it up really hard to even lock it. The lighting in the room was low. Some spots in the room had repairs that were patched together. The walls are thin and made it hard to sleep due to noise constantly being heard. This hotel needs some updating. I was very disappointed dude to the high reviews the hotel has. I wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was getting repainted on the outside. It is very hidden and hard to get to at night. Breakfast was: over cooked biscuits, gravy, sausage, grits with all the fixin’s, 2 mini waffle you-make machines, muffins and such, cereal, fresh fruits and coffee station…decent warm breakfast. It did have a good size gym with a nice variety of work-out equipments.

I DID NOT STAY. The Hotel canceled my room. It was a disaster as we arrived at 4:30pm after traveling from a funeral. And then we were told we didn’t have a room. No help at all from the staff. Lousy customer service from the Clerk . A manager tried to find us a room there to no avail. Not happy with this Hampton Inn.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I traveled with pets which was convenient! The gym was nice and equipment was modern. The breakfast was not great; the cereal choices were sugary and tasted stale, the oatmeal was gooey, there was a hair in my scrambled eggs. The selection of fruit was nice and the waffle maker is always a hit. The coffee was like brown hot water, something I am always picky about when staying in hotels! Good coffee always improves the experience:) lots of parking options and plenty to eat and shop around the area.

I didn't think that cleanliness in the bathrooms were that great. An open bar of soap was left in the shower to name one thing.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like a cheap bed. Had a handicap room that was not requested so using the shower was a little different because it had a chair mounted to the side and handles all around the shower. Breakfast was ok. You could tell the eggs were not real. Rest of breakfast was good. No microwave to warm muffins. And tue orange juice was very watery.
