During 80% of my stay the hot water did not work. I had to pop a SPA to go out and shower.

We arrived and the bedroom was not clean and all messed up, we went down and another room was settled up.
No towels in this new bedroom, there are some management issues on this property.
Pillows are very shallow, bed is not comfortable

we arrived late at the hotel , waited around 15 min knocking and calling but no one was answering us.

They refused to give us our room after we made the reservation through booking, after arguing a lot with them we finally got the smallest, worst room ever
