Kids were fully entertained and you don't need to leave the hotel

Sometimes noise levels by our room was high.

The staff was really attentive, very thoughtful and service oriented. from the moment we got there, Hila surprised us with a special treatment! We got 2 bedrooms, sadly we didn’t get a connecting door, but the rooms were next to each other. the food was fantastic ( I am chef and I was very impressed by the quality and variety) the food always tasted fresh and flavorful. the amount and variety was amazing! the cleaning staff was attentive and helpful. the entertainment was really good as well, specially the night shows! we actually got to experience a new production and it was fantastic!!! my son had a birthday while we stayed there and Hila made sure he got a cake and some treats. the entertainment staff also sang happy birthday to him and gave him a little surprise at the evening event! the hotel is a bit outdated, but the rooms are refurbished and kept very clean. as well as the rest of the hotel, a little lift me up could be good. the dining room was very well kept and clean at all times! kitchen staff really on top of their own stations and the sous chefs are walking around making sure everything was perfectly executed! Hila made sure personally that we had an amazing stay! we even got a call in the middle of the vacation to make sure we didn’t need anything else and we were enjoying our stay! totally recommended! good value for your money💓

everything was great! the pool water could be slightly heated. the water felt too cold

Liked Everything! Great place, everyone was very kind from check in to check out. all was clean, good food..definitely will come back! They added for us some extras For free for our good feeling. We had lots of fun, the kids are happy. Great hotel for kids and couples.

Kid facilities are perfect due to everything all-inclusive. We all were touched from the welcome amenities with lovely wine. Even staff and manager at hotel reception are kind and friendly with warmest heart, which makes guests feeling at home. Missing this memory, I would certainly come back to this hotel. Thank you!

Food is excellent, specially at Friday night dinner. Drinks are unlimited.

Room service and cleaning needs improvement. We didn't ask two beds, but they just left open the sofa as a bed.

No air c.in the lobby, at nigth, no cool water ,i was 3 nigths only one time clean my room no toilet paper, no towels im going do service but my self so meny things bad is this hotel i dont recomend for my friends

Can’t complain everything was good for the price

Terrible service, smell of cigarettes, room wasn’t ready on time, had to go back to the reception to change the room. Food no big choice. The entertainment was minimum. I would never return to this place again.
