Good sleep between flights, close to the airport

Very close to the airport. We stayed here because of flight connection. It is perfect for this reason. We arrived late and left early in the morning. Comfortable beds.

It was okay for us for 1 night.

Clean , good facilities , good staff, nice food , great breakfast etc

All good , but a bit costly for a single pensioner not to have single room but have to pay for a twin suite , especially when converted to AUS$ ( plus tax added to )

Okay, but seems like a lot to pay for something lacking in shuttle organization and cleanliness appeal.

Close to airport.

Shuttle service. We had issues getting complimentary car from airport to hotel upon our arrival. On our way back to the airport, we were waiting outside for the shuttle to leave at the posted time and then found out it wasn’t running. The bath mat was dirty. There were French fries in the microwave. The white bed cover was stained in numerous spots.

Will definitely stay here again!!

Everything was exactly as stated in the pictures! My family of 5 stayed here for Spring Break. Enjoyed daily breakfast omelette’s cooked to order. The breakfast was great, lots of variety! The staff was friendly. Absolutely loved our stay!!!

Restful and Refreshing Stay

The hotel is newly renovated, you can tell by the crisp clean smell. I like how the sustainability and environment friendly the facilities. The restaurant was very good and so is the breakfast buffet. Security of the guests were also prioritized.

Preis/Leistung nicht genügend. Für eine Nacht, wenn man vom/zum airport muss ok

die nähe zum flughafen

kein fenster - und das für über 200$ shuttle bus vom airport zum hotel muss per telefon bestellt werden - 30min sollte es dauern, 50min hat es gedauert. da könnte man schon 2x selbst hingehen, wenns denn möglich wäre frühstück....naja amerikanisch eben. laut, voll, pappbecher, wasser schmeckt, als hätte man es aus dem pool geholt...

A stylish hotel near the LAX. Totally worth it!

The room was great. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The best of it was the Crepes and the people cooking them. I loved them. The regular buffet turned repetitive the third day. The hotel is very close to the airport. It's not noisy at all. I'm returning to this hotel in a month. I liked it a lot.

The last morning I woke up at 7:30 AM (I went to sleep at 3:30 AM) because there was a construction going on at the ceiling. It was too noisy. I really hated it. I also hate being charged 150 USD per reservation for the "nightly incidental deposit" thing. Id rather keep the credit card open and if something happened at the room I get charged the amount they need instead of getting charged at the beginning of a stay.

Idéalement situé et bien agencé.

La disposition des suites est agréablement surprenante. On entre dans un salon, avec un sofa que l'on peut convertir. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La chambre est séparée du salon par une porte, qui permet également de couper le bruit.

Le prix du parking est élevé 40$ par jour. C'est exagéré. L'organisation du petit déjeuner et du HH pourrait sans doute être améliorée pour éviter aux clients de faire la queue.

Great location but check the room closely before excepting

The location was convenient for an early morning flight out of LAX

The room was dirty. The bathroom tub was full of hair. Also, there were no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. And the last thing, the room was short a blanket and it took over an hour to get one up to the room.

Never again.

The hotel charged me TWICE for the NOT staying in the hotel because the hotel was overbooked! I arrived 10/21 at 23:00! They didn’t have rooms available and asked all customers to cancel the booking! And paid the taxi fore to give me a ride to the Sheraton hotel! I asked for the confirmation later and got nothing, I called to the customer service and got nothing, I called to booking.com service center and still got nothing! I kindly ask you to refund my money.

Forgettable.

Close to Airport but as it is an airport hotel that is an own goal.

The place reminded us of a high security prison. Dark and depressing. Some lighting in the building would have helped and the music was loud and the style random. Certainly far from welcoming or relaxing. Staff were disinterested and dismissive. We were in for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned on the second day. We asked for clean towels but these were never delivered. It took us 30 mins to check out as they could not get the bill correct. A huge line of other quests was forming behind us with only one person own the counter. A thoroughly forgettable experience. After being a loyal customer of Hilton I am changing brands. Hilton hotels across the world are all falling into disrepair with little to no investment being spent on them.

Good hotel and staff

Staff works hard. Friendly. Food and bar workers are great. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom door would not close all the way because it has too much paint on it. Remodel is decent. Bottom of door jamb rotted away in Bathroom Toilet running Room 464.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Overall clean.

Majority of the staff lacked customer service. Couldn’t check in on time as no rooms were ready. Had to fight to get towels for the room and pool area. Parking was $42 a night. No other parking around so no choice but to park in the underground parking garage.

Not worth the price and location.

I liked their complimentary evening reception with the free drinks from the bar.

The hotel was outdated. The AC was barely able to keep up, their “indoor” courtyard was hot all the time, there were ants in my room the entire stay. They also charge you for how many people in your room (even tho the room sleeps 6) so whether it’s 1 or 3, you will get charged for each person.

coffee gone too early, the rooms with a "view" are NOT a view (side of building)!! dirty dishes laying in hallway outside of rooms for many hours (overnight) parking at the hotel you paid to stay at should cost less than $40 for one night

Excellent staff and would definitely come back!

The location to our event (Beyoncé)! The cleanliness! The daily breakfast was good too. Actual cooked food (eggs, sausage, potatoes toast bagels cereal.) Juice, coffee, soda. And a happy hour was great!

Everything was great except our tub kept backing up from the shower. That was bothersome. Also an extra charge per day for a suite was odd. I’ve never paid an extra fee to rent a suite from Hawaii all the way to NYC in my travels I’ve never paid a fee per day.

The room window didn't have. A view it was covered...the dusty environment from remodeling..the pool looked dirty from the dust of construction remodeling the parking shouldn't be charged for guests.. parking in the street is limited and that is the only one that's free
