We only stayed one night but it served its purpose.

Stayed for a night during a layover. The room was very spacious, bed was super comfortable, and the hotel staff were very friendly. I liked their 24-hour shuttle service to the airport and their breakfast buffet was great for the price we paid.

The non-acceptance of cash was annoying. I only had a $50 bill and needed change to tip the maid and shuttle driver and it was mission impossible. No ATM finally the front desk asked the shuttle driver after I told them I was going to have to stiff the maid and driver as I left early the next AM. Disappointing.

Food was poor value and quality for price. Room didnt have fridge or microwave. No other food nearby. Staff overnight and in am for check out acted bothered to help guests. Lots of business groups, people smoking weed on property and drinking bringing glass in pool area near kids.

Rooms are already aged. The shower tap was not working properly.

Bed was comfortable, staff was extremely friendly.

We went to dinner one night and ordered hot tea. The waitress rolled her eyes and then brought us luke warm tea. When we told her she complained about how busy they were and that things would be a little slow. She the manager brought us hot tea. Then we asked for more hot water (it was a cold night) and again she brought us luke warm water. She kept making excuses for her poor service and after an hour of waiting for our food, we left. The staff in the morning was extremely nice and helpful. Enieda, was especially accommodating.
