Comfortable and clean rooms
Breakfast selection was poor.

Clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
TV in room way too small. Shower head old and could stand replacement. Pillows small and not as comfortable as they could be.

Very comfortable beds, great location, friendly & helpful staff.
Room was not as clean as it typically is. It had a musty smell also. This is our favorite place to stay in Branson but we were disappointed in the cleanliness this time. Really hope it is better next time so we do not have to find a new “favorite place.”

Not to be on same hall as baseball team. They were young and loud! We are old and like quiet! Not a lot of sleep but tried to remember we were young once!

this property is SO clean! right in the middle of town! very close to Walmart and all the attractions. the staff is amazing. the prices are good. pool is always clean. never packed with so many people that you wanna go crazy. we stay here every single time we go to Branson and I just LOVE IT

The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and professional!!!! Would stay there again just because I was so impressed with the friendly staff!
The quality of the breakfast food left a little to be desired. But the folks that served it were the best!!!

I have not seen better customer service! All the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to have a staff that never acted "put out" anytime they were asked for assistance!! Rosa and Skyler were AMAZING!!!! They addressed every need we had and exceeded our expectations! They even wrote down local eatery numbers for us to call and have food delivered, when I asked what we could get to eat at a late hour. I tried tipping the girls and they refused to accept. The whole place was extremly clean and comfortable and we look forward to staying at Grand Oaks next time we are in the area.
If I had a complaint it would not be anything that was their fault. Next time I will inform them that I have a special needs child and need a bathroom with a little more room to maneuver.

The tub/shower. I stand 5'3" and just barely got underneath the shower head. My boyfriend's head touched the top of the tub area. He had to get on his knees just to be able to wash his hair because the shower head was so low.

No enough fruit, no cream cheese, ice machine wasn’t working on our floor ( 4th )

Great location close to all the fun attractions! Staff was very nice and made sure we were taken care of!
The room wasnt cleaned there were cookies under the bed skirt along with a vape pen! Our original room the AC didnt work (however staff quickly changed our rooms and made sure the issue was resolved)! But this in turn resulted in a uncleaned room!

it was very clean and everything was really close by, I definitely recommend going here. The staff and other visitors were absolutely nice.
I’m glad they offer breakfast but it really didn’t have much to choose from

Unfortunately we were there while a baseball tournament was going on. Parents apparently did not read rules of conduct and allowed their kids to run up and down halls, running up and down stairs, banging on walls and doors. I know this is not the hotels fault but wish there was something they could do
