Location, beds were comfortable, laundry room available, pool was small but nice

No complaints.

Room was large and comfortable for 3 adults and 3 kids. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, especially after a 13 hour drive. Room was clean when we arrived.

Pull out couch didn’t have sheets and we were provided with extra towels or pillows for having 6 ppl in 1 room.

The room was unlocked and the door was open. I had to check to see if someone was in the room before I could let my wife in. The clock did not work, it was inoperable. The shower wand would not stay in an upright position. For the money we paid, we were very disappointed. We reported the room being open and the person on duty said the cleaning crew left it open for us. The room smelled and I think they were trying to air it out. Will not be staying there again.

The location was great! The room was much larger than I thought it would be. For being in a pretty busy area it was relatively quiet. Liked the full size fridge.

Thought it was ridiculous to charge $50 a night for my 3 1/2 lb dog. She didn't need any extra accommodations from the hotel than we were already getting. The room we were in was extremely dirty (especially the carpet) which made the dog fee even more frustrating. Didn't like they didn't have dog clean up stations around the property. We brought our own bags and cleaned up our dogs messes but it honestly seemed like not many people did, so that was kind of gross. Certain employees were very rude and more interested in talking on their phone or each other than helping guests.

The staff were friendly and the location was close to where we needed to go.

The breakfast was good, but very pricey. I was shocked when I paid for an orange juice and it came in a small cup that I drank in about two sips. The hotel allowed dogs, so we heard several barking on our floor, which wasn't ideal. It took FOREVER to check-out, which should have been as simple as handing in your room key. The line was long and it literally took about 30 mins. Everyone around us was incredibly frustrated with that experience.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s in a good location, close to the Main Street, gas station and stores.

Parking lot is not that big.
