Not what I was expecting

It had trailer parking on site. The cleaning guy was super cool.

The bed was uncomfortable, breakfast wasn't always available, one morning there was no hot water and it took forever to find someone to tell them, anytime someone flushed the toilet the water turned scalding hot, the pool had no water and there were light bulbs out in the room.

I wouldn't stay there again.

Breakfast was okay, but limited. Pretty good location.

Breakfast was usually late. Staff wasn't that friendly. Lots of broken things in the room.

Spend a few more $$ and select a nicer place.

The hotel was in Moab.

Very old location that is poorly maintained both inside and out. Very poor housekeeping and general condition. Wow, what a mess.

Good

Very comfortable bed.

Air conditioner was extremely loud, even on low. Had to turn it off just to fall asleep.

Good location, front desk dude is cool. Rooms are HUGE. Nice comfy beds.

It's pretty bad, really run down. You have to walk through this back door and it's pretty gross back there. There are also 2 "maintenance " men who "work" there that were so high on meth that I watched one of them from my window for 20 minutes trying to "open" the shed out back. They walk around smoking and high on meth all day (I've been known to party in my day, I can spot a tweaker a mile away) and there's a trailer parked DIRECTLY in front of the pool which I can only assume they live in. I'm a good-looking younger female, no way in hell was I using that pool with legit crackheads peepin' through their trailer. Man, it was a bizarre place.

MOST DISCUSTING HOTEL I HAVEEVERY SEEN

NOTHING!!!!!! I WOULD'T BOARD MY DOG HERE. I WOULD BE AFAID IT WOULD GET FLEAS.

THE HOTEL IS FILTHY, THE ROOMS ARE WORSE. ROOM SMELLED OF MOLD. CARPET, CHAIR, BEDDING, AND SHEETS ALL HAD STAINS ON THEM. WE IMMEDIATELY LEFT AND TOLD FRONT DESK, WE COULD NOT STAY IN THE HOTEL. IF YOU HAVE A RESERVATION - CANCEL IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Pretty good place for price .

Access good and room on lower level . Room clean and comfy . Breakfast ok , waffles good . . Better than some recent places we recently stayed .

Pool was kinda dirty . Breakfast eggs and sausage cold , no one checking to upkeep food area . Kids there made a mess.

Dirty and badly maintained facility.

Location is great. The breakfast attendant was very nice and worked very hard.

Everything else was terrible. The room was very dirty. There were big tears in some of the towels and stains on the bedding. We have traveled extensively and never before had a more disgusting room. Carpet on stairs and in room were dirty and sticky. Room was on the second floor and stairs are very steep with narrow treads which under some building codes would not be allowed. We do NOT fault some of the employees who were very nice.

Almost but not quite.

It was in a easy to find location with easy access to the main road.

From the hot water to the pool nothing seemed to be working right, and one morning they forgot to even set out the hot breakfast supplies. I really wanted to like the hotel but things just never improved over the duration of the stay.

Doors handles are broken from outside the building to enter. If there’s was an emergency you would have to run to the other side of the building to be able to get down the stairs and exit through the lobby doors, or your other option is braking a window and jump out. The building smells awful. As you enter the building to the lobby, you could see the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years! Trash everywhere. They have no Elevators. The rooms look awful as well. Cleans was disgusting, bed sheets had yellow stains all over. Places was full of dust, my allergies were killing me after visiting this place. Good thing we didn’t spent the night here, and asked to get a refund. Hopefully we get it back. I do NOT recommend this places!

Place not good. But one good thing, many channels on the little TV.

Breakfast??? Eggs and potatoes, NOT EDIBLE!! It was gross!! The fridge in a room made awful noise!! Had to unplug. And no one at the counter, you had to call this number to wake his ass up. We were there just to sleep, but next time I will pay few bucks more to stay at a decent place.

Overall glad we stayed here to save money.

There is a reason this hotel is less than the other hotels around, but overall we are glad we stayed to save some money. Staff was very nice. The hotel was pretty close to downtown but not too far away from the parks.

The room is overall clean, but there are some things you can tell haven’t been cleaned well. When we pulled our sheets back, we could see dog hair on them. When we asked the front desk if they could change them while we were out because there was hair, they never did. We got to breakfast and a lot of stuff was empty and there was barely any food. Hot tub was under maintenance.

Decent place to stay if you have a pet

The check-in staff was really nice. The bedspreads in the room were pretty and brand new. It seemed clean enough overall. Everything else was meh. It's an older hotel and it's in need of some refreshing. They do allow pets for a $20 fee which is a perk.

There was no breakfast on one of the mornings we were there. Not sure what happened but we ended up having to go out the first day. On the second day we didn't think they'd have breakfast either so we planned to eat out at the Moab Diner but when we walked by, it looked like there was food. Not sure of the quality but it's probably a typical breakfast and they did have a waffle maker. The other thing was the persistent smell of Indian food. I love Indian food but this was really strong and it permeated the entire first floor so it may affect some people if you don't like that smell. It's a decent place to stay for cheap if you have a pet and want to go budget friendly, but otherwise there are tons of other choices now in Moab.

We needed a good place to sleep and we got it. Not fancy for sure, but OK.

I liked the proximity to the national parks and the breakfast that was included.

It's an old-looking hotel and needs some updating.
