I like the size of the room and the staff were friendly. I liked the price and the closeness to the local stores.

The breakfast was ok but the waffle iron was not functioning well and the comforter in my room had white stains on it. You could tell it hasn’t been washed and the knobs are most of the doors were loose. The shower knob was so loose it was hard to find the hot water.

The multiple cars filled with people in the parking lot late at night that weren’t staying at the hotel was a huge safety concern, some of the structures were falling apart, the bed was awful.

I love the fact that I was able to get a king suite on a non-smoking floor staff was friendly it was nice and quiet very peaceful

I didn't like the fact that when I booked the room and even on my booking details they had breakfast was included and that they provided breakfast but when we went down for breakfast there was none and we were told they didn't have or serve breakfast and then the pool was very dirty so one of the main purposes for us getting that room was because they had a pool but the pool was dirty it was not acceptable to swim in but other than that we really enjoyed our stay

The location was okay as it was a quick stop on our way to our destination.

It wreaked of marijuana through the entire building. Our room was 90 degrees when we first entered it and took forever to cool down. The beds were not comfortable at all. But we just needed somewhere to sleep for one night to continue driving the next morning.

We like that it was the capital of Alabama is close to everything the kids like to swim but I would definitely recommend goggles to anyone that goes you open your eyes they'll burn off from all the chlorine they put in that pool

There's no breakfast not even cereal there is no coffee pot in the room the microwave in the room is broken it ruined my bag of popcorn and just flattened it instead of cooking it there was little tiny sugar ants by the window in the room the air conditioner made the floor wet the cleaning lady upon check out on Monday was extremely rude I try to help and keep the room clean because I take my kids with me even though they're older and I had a bag of trash that was leaking even though we were checking out about to leave I seen the maid card out in the hallway so I took it out I set it down I looked in I seen the man cleaning I said this is leaking I took it off my floor I didn't want to leak here I didn't want to make a mess this lady came out she looked at the bag and she started yelling at me and she said you take your own trash out you take your own trash out we are checking out I paid $320 and this lady kept yelling at me and I'm trying to tell her it's leaking finally I had to touch the coffee pick up my hand and show her my hand was wet cuz she got setting it down on the floor in the hallway getting the hallway floor wet nasty and when I complain to the lady at the front desk I was told she thinks the reason that the lady was rude to me is because I don't know how to speak Arabic so oh well literally her words not mine the pool opens whenever they wanted to open it's supposed to be open from 10:00 to 8:00 it opens whenever they want it closes whenever they want my kids wanted to swim the pool never opened on Saturday until around 2:30 in the afternoon when I went down there I was like I thought that pool was supposed to be open and then on Sunday didn't open until around noon on Friday night it closed at 7:00 on Saturday closed at around 7:30 and the same for Sunday night there are no umbrellas on the tables out there it says there's a grill to use on site I asked and he said no there's no grill here and even if you...

The front desk person was not cooperative. The Lobby smelled of marijuana and smoke. The handles on the jacuzzi tube were broken and when we brought it to the attention of the young lady checking out she acted as if she didnt know and was not very concerned about it. The bed was not comfortable nor pillows.. Would never stay there again.

The hotel was fine. The accommodations were good. The room seemed clean and adequate.

There was the smell of drugs all around the hotel. The bathroom door didn't close completely. And the tub was very slippery....bath mats are recommended. Also, the keycard didn't work at first.
