Like that it is a newer/updated hotel
We've stayed here before a couple times before and liked it previously. Seems like they are not keeping things going like before...no towels outside for the pool, firepit not on outside in evening, shorted us sheets/blankets for kids' sofa bed in one of the rooms (even though they were listed on reservation) and only 3 shower towels for 4 people in the room??

Very poor house keeping, not clean at all, the house keeping workers does a vet bad job in cleaning and they are very rude and Language poor too. The hotel itself is not conducive at all. Not resting quite, peaceful environment to relax besides the rooms and the rooms are not clean nor comfortable for relaxing…does not worth the price at all

New spacious and clean rooms. We upgraded to a suite it was fabulous!
The decor is fresh and the rooms are beautiful.

Excellent location. Minutes from a variety of restaurants, a mall & movie theatre. Not a long commute to Downtown LA which was very convenient.

The room and friendliness of the staff is great
The policy of not daily cleaning the room changing sheets and towels, plus not refreshing coffee beverage products daily, was a bit annoying. I had to request these items, and I'm not used to doing that

It was really clean and great location.
The staff for sure. They were so rude and they wouldn’t even look at you when talking to you. I am big when it comes to customer service so i wouldn’t be staying there again.

The beds were horrible!!!! Super hard and very uncomfortable. We were all really surprised!

Parking was very convenient and affordable for the area - rooms are spacious and everything was clean. Front desk associates were very helpful throughout the stay. They also made extending the stay by an additional night very easy.
A member of the dinning room staff during the breakfast buffet seemed disgruntled that we had a breakfast ticket and kept requesting our room number over and over again, which made the breakfast experience a bit uncomfortable.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was shampoo and conditioner available in the bathrooms. The location was a plus.
ASKED FOR EXTRA TOWELS AND DIDN'T RECIEVE THEM OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OKAY.

The AC sounded like a caterpillar, at times, and we couldn’t sleep.
