Beautiful historic building that has been maintained

Too many homeless people in the area panhandling. Also they were sitting and laying on the sidewalks.

The location couldn't have been better, as we were going to the theater next door. Very welcoming 😁 staff was very friendly and eager to help. Property was beautiful, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious 😋 Overall it was a great stay 😄

The fact that I spent 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come to my room.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful hotel staff (we had our 4 month old with us and they were so sweet to her). Good breakfast selection. It's in downtown and the lounge upstairs is amazing!

Location - I loved the plaza across the street, stores, and restaurants. Good continental breakfast. Descent gym for working out. Comfortable room - I loved the sofa because it was very comfortable. I would return.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet. It would be great for the price to have some more TV options or streaming capability. And upon checking in nothing was said about free breakfast or checkout time. There was also no information in the room about TV channels or breakfast, etc.

We loved the roof top bar and igloo area! The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. 😃

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the blinds didn’t work properly.

Location was great for walking to Neyland Stadium, The Rooftop bar was so nice, and the room size was great. Clean and comfortable!

Our bathroom was in poor shape, and the usb outlets were loose.

I liked the locations proximity to UT and the breakfast.

Valet parking. I used their system (from phone) and although it told me they were working to get my car and asked for a $7 tip, we waited over 10 minutes to finally ask and no one had even gone to get it. Then the person who brought my car around ran over the curb and when proceeded to get out he acted like he was going to vomit. I have no idea what was wrong with him. My only other complaint is although everything appeared very clean there was Lucky Charms cereal on the floor near the bed so they must not have vacuumed near the beds.

Price for access did not balance. Hotel guests should have access to the rooftop, it’s absurd to not give all access to rooftop for people paying such a premium for rooms.

Perfect location, safe for a walk at night, vibrant neighborhood during the day. Friendly staff. Renovated rooms. Nice views.

Breakfast and staff were excellent

There was a hair on the pillow that was in the plastic bag for the sofa bed.

Loved the rooftop bar and staff. Breakfast was fine with pretty good selection. I appreciate how staff took care of a cancellation for our room that I had booked on one cc and my husband made a reservation with his card.

There were lots of dead bugs below the window blind where couch is and the other window was covered up by the tv and inaccessible - strange arrangement.

The location is the best. Front desk and valet staff are great. The complimentary breakfast was good. Check in and out was fast and easy. Starbucks is downstairs. We had to ask for housekeeping which was fine but we didn’t know that we had to schedule it.

The AC vent in the room is very loud and blows the cold air directly onto the bed and in your face while you sleep which was uncomfortable. The rooftop bar is cool but way overpriced. The lobby bar was not open during the day.
