غيرت الفندق لانه لم يعجبني

الموظفين خلوقين كلهم بلا استثتاء، ومي متواصلة من قبل الوصول ومتابعة.

الاستقبال فقط هو اللي شكله ثلاثة نجوم، لكن الغرف فوق شبه نظام الشقق وقديمة.

You can choose in cairo.

Good location. Good stuff. Good bar inside. Good breakfast. 3 star price, 4 star service not 5 ;)

Bathroom is dirty and it is not same like photos.

Overall good value for money

Good breakfast. Very good location for visiting some main sights in Cairo.

It is incredible that it is allowed to smoke in the hotel cafe and bar in 2023! On a loud street, but no soundproofing. Bathroom could be upgraded, by adding shower curtain, and something to put hand towel on.

À fuire comme la peste

Rien

J'ai eu une chambre qui n'a rien à voir avec la réservation. Une chambre catégorie suite Deluxe. Y'a rien de suite ni de luxe dans l'affaire : D'abord j'ai eu une chambre plus petite sans lit canapé, ce qui a été dans la description c'était une chambre de 38m avec canapé-lit. Quand j'ai réclamé et crié au scandale, on m'a donné un matelas super sale avec des draps hyper dégueulasses. J'ai préféré dormir par terre. Je ne vous raconte pas la frustration que j'ai senti car on était dans un groupe de trois familles, on a tous fait la même réservation et on a tous payé le même prix. Mais on était les seuls mal logés ! Tout en sachant qu'il y'avait dans le groupe une famille moins nombreuses. Je ne comprends pas comment ils ont fait l'affection. C'est soit par incompétence soit par malveillance pour des raisons que je n'ose pas citer .. mais dans les deux cas c'est juste aberrant et frustrant. Le petit déjeuner est pire. Le café c'est un jus de chaussettes. Même les oeufs bouillis sont ratés !! ( Ils ont tellement bouilli que le jaune est enveloppé d'une couche verdâtre puante). Quand tu demandes quelque chose qui manque dans le restaurant, tu auras droit à un hochement de tête puis de l'indifférence totale. Alors je relance peut-être qu'on a juste oublié... Rien !! Nada ! Toujours le même hochement de tête puis on continue sa vie sans pépin. Conclusion : à faire comme la peste !

The best staff I could meet

The staff absolutely I love it all of them very kind helpful and with a smile, I would like to give a big thanks to cleaner Asmaa she was lovely, to the receptionist mohamed gamal, absolutely gentleman and helpful, the guys of security that I don't have names but help out in a moment that I really needed... all of them makes me feel safe in the hotel and very welcomed. In another things I liked well recepción is very nice and have a restaurant just on side, was very silent and comfortable to sleep.

Is more a recommendation because I like all, the shower part can be divided so is not going to get all wet when you take a shower and the room in the bed side a bit more of illumination. That's all the rest was perfect.

المكان رائع من ناحية االامان و لطاقم كامل و مستوى الخدمات المقدمة لمن يهوى وسط البلد

يوجد بعض الاعمال الانشائية جوار الفندق مما يسبب بعض الازعاج خصوصاً في الصباح الباكر ( وهذا ليس للفندق يد فيه)

حسن تعامل الموظفين ورحابة صدورهم وبشاشة الوجه وسرعة الاستجابة وبالأخص الأخت آية في الاستقبال

استأجر وانت مرتاح

الفندق جداً ممتاز استأجر وانت مرتاح كل شي قريب حولك وسط البلد نظيف ومرتب وفيه مطعم وكوفي، والموظفين قمه بالتعامل تحس انهم ودهم يشيلونك من الارض بدايه من مارينا مديره الحجز ونورهان وآيه اشكرهم على حسن الاستقبال.

مكوى الملابس كانت غير متوفره طوال الوقت في الغرفه ولمن تحتاجها مابتحصلها كانت بالنسبه لي ازمه

位置很好，早餐很好，服務人員也會盡力滿足需求。

我住10樓，但該樓層正在施工所以走道充滿灰塵跟垃圾很不舒服，房間冷氣空調不冷所以滿熱的。入住前已經透過飯店傳的連結付款，但是check in時服務人員帶我們看房間卻又要求我們付款，當我把付款證明給她看才不用被要求再付款，我不明白為何服務人員會出這樣的錯誤。

Estancia perfecta en El Cairo

El trato del personal ya que siempre estaban atentos y resolvieron todas las dudas y necesidades que teníamos. Nos comentaron que la habitación era nueva y así era, la ducha era fenomenal. Además no pidieron propina.

Nos gustó todo. Lo único quizá la calle pero hay que tener en cuenta que es El Cairo.

first of all the staff is really amazing especially Norhan,Aya ,Marina and omar and all others were very helpfull,smiley and cooperative....location is amazing near to almost everything in downtown cairo... I would love to go there again...

Desayuno buenisimo. Habitacion amplia. Personal excelente: era mi cumpleaños y me obsequiaron un lemon pie y una bebida en el bar del hotel. Buena refrigeracion y frigideare.

Faltaba iluminacion en la habitacion. No habia toallas (las tuve que pedir). No encontre restaurantes en la zona cercana al hotel.

They're all very polite. They make you feel home. Clean, big thank for Ayah and all the staff I dealt with. It's weird that a 3stars place is good like this

Just no internet in the property. Plus if you have Itisalat, it won't give you internet 😅

Enjoyed our stay

We didn’t have any major issues there. Staff was good but not super welcoming like previous hotels.

I asked to do the laundry which I had maybe 15 hours to do and they refused, I moved to the next hotel (guest house so not even 3 starts) and they did my laundry in one hour.
