Avoid Avoid Avoid.

The spacious rooms have a view of the sea, and the beds are comfortable.

Rundown, virtually empty, 40 mins from Lome, the only redeeming quality of this awful hotel is the view from the rooms which overlook the sea. If you don’t speak French then don’t even go near this place as you will be treated with even more disgust. The place is falling apart outside, the chairs dirty and broken, the beach full of rubbish with a dangerous undertow and no swimming. The food is on par with New York city prices in a place like Togo, and the selection is very limited. There is a supermarket 6 mins walk from the hotel, and a pizza place 2 mins walk so save paying their inflated prices. Breakfast selection is very limited and the food area was swarming with ants and bugs all over the wall. The rooms are spacious but with no soundproofing; the beds are quite comfortable but you are only allowed one key card per room which also controls the relatively weak air conditioning. You have to beg for towels (and replacement toilet paper)- we were given 2 bath towels and one hand towel for our stay and told they would not be changed as they were not dirty. You get one teabag in the room! On a Saturday we had the balcony above our room fixed, hammered and re plastered for 5 hours; we had an air conditioning unit opposite our room replaced; and the entire hotel had to listen to the noise of 2 chaps smashing down one area by reception with hammers. No amount of complaining to various members of staff and management did any good – they just snigger at you and say “we are doing our best”. They just don’t care – in travelling to over 100 countries we have never met more rude, surly and useless staff. Only 2 staff members that tried to help are David and Anna, the rest are a total disgrace to any place trying to call itself a hotel. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like Covid.

Ocean view is nice and a bar on the beach. Decent pool and attentive staff. Airport service.

The beach is private and due to a large shipping route to Lomé, it's full of trash. Should be cleaned.

Petit Brussel is a small sized resort that offers a personal service that is second to none. The staff is extremely helpful, the food is amazing and the rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable. I will always come back here.

Superb

The most friendly and helpful staff one can imagine. From the time of booking, communication is made via WhatsApp as well. Very convenient. Complimentary airport transfers. Nice swimming pool. Surroundings are very well maintained.

Great service and attention to details. The Manager Mr. Saturnin runs a very tight operation and makes every guest feel special by catering to their specific needs I highly recommend!!

I chose the hotel before and after my tour through the region. The first stay was pleasant. The location great. Great communication in advance. The room okay with nice sea view.

The second stay was disappointing, unfortunately. The hotel had turned into a party location. Loud music blasting into the room all afternoon. I chose the same room. Due to a defective air conditioning I had to change the room. But it was made possible without major problems.

Very good

Big room, modern bathroom, new high comfortable bed, the ocean view and the sound of huge waves when sleeping or chilling in the garden, very relaxing environment after work.

Breakfast options are limited and repeating, kind of understandable considering the size of the hotel, just 32 rooms! Room service a bit slow, food gets cold when arrived! Beer , drinks and food are definitely overpriced!!!

The Good Time Gang visited Togo for the 2nd time from Nigeria and our experience at Petite Brussel was fun. Although the

the facilities and decor of the room. the beach and the buffet breakfast. most especially the View.

They didn’t inform me to change my money to XOF, I had asked the staff if we could pay in USD and he said yes, only to come in and was told to change my dollars to CFA. I was really unhappy because this meant I had to pay more. we were able to resolve the issue after much time wasted.

Extraordinary

The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfortable and soft. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff always cater to our needs. We really enjoyed the variety of foods every morning. The location and waking up to the sound of the beach was exactly what we needed, it was just perfect and beautiful. The staff all around were so friendly and very respectful. The various amenities make this hotel really stand out. One of our favorite thing was definitely the food. We were so amazed with every single dishes, the chef has really outdone himself. I really felt at home at Petit Brussel and can't wait to return. Thank you so much for the warmth welcome, everything was a delightful experience.

I had a pleasant and extremely comfortable stay at Petit Brussel

the hotel and premises are really nice and well maintained. temperature of the water of the swimming pool is perfect . when I arrived the water had fleshly be changed.

Communication with reception desk is very efficient as Mr. Djamal will open a conversation with you in the The Petit Brussel WhatsApp just after you confirm the booking. Reception is very helpful as the extremely important friendly. The hotel has an Air-conditioned van . A driver will wait for you at the airport on you day of arrival and will you drop to the air port the last day. (courtesy of the hotel) The chief Manager Mr. Saturnin keep an attentive eye on everything to make sure guests receive the best possible attention . He remains also very available to listen to guests who could face a problem . All electric plugs are international, I mean that they fit UK plugs, US plugs, European plugs… The menu of the restaurant offer a wide variety of dishes ( international & local dishes). The chef is doing a good job and food is always good. I had all my dinner at sunset time on the beach restaurant (see pictures). Amazing atmosphere! Housekeeping is extremely well done and the housekeeping team is always smiling, courteous and flexible. The breakfast is good. All what you usually have in a buffet breakfast is present and are quality products. I would only recommend the hotel owner to organise the breakfast space with real tables/ chairs / and buy a fridge - the kind that is used to present food in a buffet. But this a detail.
