Vacker riad centralt belägen i Medinan

Bra lokaliserad Riad med gångavstånd till allt. Fina faciliteter som gav känslan av lite lyx. Takterassen med den lilla poolen var pricken över i.et. Vi kände oss mycket väl behandlade av personalen som såg till att vi både hade det bra i riaden men även att vi tog oss till flygplatsen säkert och bekvämt.

Vi fick inte det rummet vi hade bokat. Rummet var dock fortfarande fint. Det tog nästan tio minuter innan det kom varmvatten i duschen. Det var väldigt lyhört i rummen, man hörde varje ord som viskades på innergården och när folk gick i trappen.

Would return again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location for all of the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit and easy access to taxis. Breakfast was amazing! The rooftop area and pool was a real highlight. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

We could hear the young children in the room next door.

Very nice stay!

Comfortable room in the heart of Marrakesh souks

No hot shower sadly. But the staff was very helpful and gave us a cattle to do a rudimentary wash with a bit of warmth.

Lovely stay in Marrakech Medina! Gong to miss their lovely breakfast!!

This riad was a great place to stay in the Medina. Close to everything. Very clean, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and very accommodating and friendly staff. Lovely roof top deck & main level sitting room. We booked the transfer from the airport with them & glad we did as the first time in the Medina can be overwhelming. Would definitely recommend.

Junior Suite listing not accurate

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. Very central location. Nice terrace.

The room/suite didn't match the description saying 3 beds (1 king + 2 single beds), instead there was only one bed in the room (it wasn't a suite) and it took us 2+ hours to wait during the checkin while the staff tried to sort this out with the owner and at the end nothing changed and we were still given the same room. The description and the pictures are deceiving (no sofa, fireplace etc in the room, as shown and listed) and I would not recommend anyone to go through this hassle.

Ubicación, personal, desayuno y hotel de 10

Está ubicado a unos 10 min andando de la Plaza Jemaa El Fna situado dentro del Zoco de Marrakech en una zona comercial muy transitada por turistas. El personal del hotel súper amable: - Llegamos muy temprano al hotel (8:00 de la mañana) y, sin preguntarnos y sin cobrarnos nada, nos pusieron el desayuno (muy bueno y completo, por cierto). - Nos imprimieron los billetes de vuelta a España (en Marrakech es obligatorio llevar impreso el billete, si no te 'multan' económicamente en el aeropuerto) - Contratamos con ellos los transfer hacia y desde al aeropuerto por 15 € cada trayecto. El taxi quizás sea algo más barato, pero habría que negociarlo, y por ahorrarnos 5 € preferimos contratarlo con ellos.

Por decir algo, aunque no tiene casi importancia, el agua caliente tardaba mucho tiempo en llegar a la ducha, pero llegaba :) Aunque he comentado que la zona es buena, que lo es, ya que está rodeada de comercios y turistas, el tramo final de 30 m que se mete hasta el hotel/Riad da mala sensación de primeras, ya que parece un callejón peligroso, pero te das cuenta a medida que pasan los días de que no pasa absolutamente nada. Hay otros muchos Riads que tienen esta misma casuística de que para llegar a ellos tienes que callejear por calles así más raras en las que parecen peligrosas pero que en realidad no pasa nada

La posizione comoda, dentro ai souk. La struttura molto carina, ha poche stanze, un clima familiare. La colazione buonissima ed abbondante. Lo staff super cortese e disponibile

Forse unica pecca è stata la durezza del materasso, ma questo è un parametro soggettivo.

Estancia muy buena y desayunos top

La ubicación es ideal, está a 7 mins de la plaza Jemaa el Fna. El trato es a destacar, son muy amables y muy atentos. Nos dieron té, agua embotellada y pastas nada más llegar. El desayuno es de lo mejor, muy abundante y todo casero. Muy rico. El idioma no fue un problema, aunque no hablan español en un nivel de inglés normal te puedes comunicar con todo el personal.

Nos echó un poco para atrás la entrada al riad, ya que estaba en un callejón un tanto extraño y poco iluminado durante el día, pero no tuvimos problema ninguno de los 5 días que estuvimos alojados.

The riad was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed the very helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent.

I booked two rooms with one having a very nice salon. My problem was with the air conditioning in the larger bedroom. The staff tried to fix it, but it never worked. The heat and humidity was oppressive that night, but no solution was given.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff at Riad & Spa Azzouz

Very helpful and friendly staff, large and comfortable room. We were welcomed with the traditional mint tea and sit-down with the host on arrival. There was a pleasant smell of orange and cinnamon oil in our room, and rose petals on our bed.

There was a slight smell of drains coming from the shower. Also I needed to move between bedrooms for my first and second nights.

Beautiful riad hidden away from all the main attractions of Marrakech. Close to the Secret Garden. Great big rooms, ours had a bath. Very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back! Highly recommended.

Comfort, quiet and luxury tucked away in the Mouassine

I love the Mouassine area of the Medina, the riad is located just outside of the souks, so it is easy to find and you won’t get lost in the dark alleyways. The riad is super clean and comfortable, the staff, Younes, Mona and Karim are super helpful. I loved how they adjusted my breakfast for my specific wishes, took well care of my luggage and arranging transport, and Karim was so nice to share all interesting ins and outs about Morocco. The shower was nice and warm and the quiet on the rooftop is a total bliss.

Beautiful Riad with amazing staff. Would 100% return and recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was great. Lovely hammam. Comfortable room. As they said, it’s your home away from home.

A couple towel hooks in the bathroom would be useful

location is great breakfast was plentiful.

Having stayed under the previous owners we really noticed a less personal touch. The riad no longer sells alcohol which was missed with a meal or for an afternoon snack and a drink around the pool. The beautiful toiletries of last time had been replaced with refillable mass produced products. Also we had no bath towels the first night just robes then after that the robes had gone and we had towels. Silly things really, however those lovely touches had made us return to the same riad a year later and we felt the wow factor had gone- it felt more of a "chain owned" place than a home from home as it was with the previous French owners.

An authentic Riad with huge potential. Some small changes would make it the ideal Marrakesh Riad!

A beautiful Riad with a fantastic location. It gave a proper Riad feeling and the staff were very attentive and happy to help with our requests. There were continual Moroccan tea, biscuits and drinking water available for us throughout our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and filled us up till later in the day!

The room was so noisy. We could hear everything above us and we could also hear everything in the adjacent room. Whilst it was fairly quiet, when there was noise, you could definitely hear it. There was also no wifi for most of our trip but the staff were helpful with this and fixed us up separately. The entrance to the property is awful, very dark and dingy but when you turn the corner, the property is incredibly beautiful.

Nice design interior and exterior. pool on the rooftop was very nice and the breakfast as well. The staffs are very helpful in helping our luggages and transport.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Fantastic staff; really helpful and genuinely nice people. The Riad is very well located in the Medina, at easy reach, and close to the Secret Garden. Breakfast in the rooftop was a very good experience! Would stay again.

I found the bed a little too hard. The room and bathroom were small, but maybe there are other options in the Riad.
