amazing authentic area

if you are sensitive to sound, there is a loud mosque that could wake you up at 6 am close by.. I didnt mind it but good to know.

I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Beautiful smell of orange blossom fills the hotel. Authentic, stylish rooms with daily housekeeping. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. Delicious breakfast.

Lovely place to stay in Marrakech

the place is an amazing oasis of rest in a chaotic city. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the food is great. all together we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

breakfast could be a bit earlier, it is now served from 8:00 which can be difficult when you book an activity or excursion. other than that, no comments!

Gorgeous!

Lovely stay here, excellent staff especially Jounas who gave us a great introduction to the place and a list of things to visit. Everything was clean and the pool was an excellent addition!

Convenient, beautiful and well located

I haven't been to many Ryads but I found this one particularly beautiful. It's tastefully decorated and feels like home. The staff is very attentive and available 24 hours a day. Although we are in the medina, it is very quiet and relaxing. Given the temperature (42 degrees) the swimming pool was very useful.

What a beautiful property. The rooftop pool and food is incredible. We want to say a particular thank you to Abdul and Yousef who were particularly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone, suitable for anyones first time in Marrakech!

Because of the heat a fridge in the room would’ve been appreciated

Wonderful

The Riad was beautiful. The staff was very helpful, with special mention to the young man of the night shift wearing round glasses (we forgot to ask him his name😅). He was very nice and kind. The room was wonderful, and the women that cleaned it every day did a great job 😊 The silence was great as well. We didn’t hear a thing while we were asleep, which was fantastic. The area surrounding the Riad was quiet and there were very cute kittens near it.

Lovely roof terrace but just a few improvements would make a huge difference

Super cute roof terrace and the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast and lunches were also really good too.

Two out of 4 sink taps didn't work and the shower/bath system didn't work very well so it was a little odd trying to get it to work. I would also not recommend the pedicure at all! The lady who did it wasn't friendly at all, didn't ask anything and really hurt me to the point I nearly just said stop and wanted to walk out. It was literally the worst pedicure I've ever had and I've had them all over the world every couple of months! I'd also say the area where the hotel is could feel pretty unsafe if you've not been to Marrakesh before or if you're on your own at night. During the day it's fine though

Great value for money, not at all pretentious but nicely styled out, lovely rooms, staff were very pleasant and most helpful indeed! A great little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina, very much recommended.

Our sojourn owns a lot to Abdellilah and Zakaria the two persons in charge . Higly professional , higly efficient with excellent personnalities they made our experience memorable . Room , breakfast and service in general were very good .

location could be a bit a minus for couple with children as it is quite a walk for jemmy el fna .

Recommend for solo travellers

I went to Marrakech by myself, in a last minute decision, so I didn't know much what to do around. The hotel offered most of services I needed: spa, restaurant, leisure area, taxi and tour guide. The assistance provided is great since before my flight lands.

The riad is close to the mains touristic attractions but there's no access by car. I arranged a tour and they found difficult to arrive there. The bright side of this location is that it's quiet around the riad.

The stuff were among the best I’ve ever experienced. So friendly and social and laid back. It made feel like I wanna stay more.

The Riad is really beautiful and well maintained, the terrace is by far my favorite spot, really good for late evening chilling and relaxing

This was the perfect place to spend some quality time in Marrakech

We had an upstairs room which was romantic, comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom was spacious and our bed was super comfortable. The staff Samir, Miriam and Abdou were professional and attentive to our needs. On our last night we requested a tagine very late in the night and within an hour and half were able to provide us with a beautiful dinner. The riad was also close enough to walk to the medina with local shops close by to buy fresh supplies of food and water if required.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Seli esp helped us alot during our stay. Always with a smile on her face. Property was peaceful and homely. Enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend the same to other travellers.

Slight miscommunication wrt the room. Pictures on the app made our booking look like 2 rooms.

Best and most beautiful Riad ever

This is your home away from home. The staff make your stay feel like you stay with friends, super kind and helpful in just anyway! I‘d love to stay with them again whenever i make it back to Marocco!! Beside from the staff the hotel itself and the interior is really beautiful and cozy!
