The riad is a small jewel furnished with personal taste by the owner Jacqueline, discreet and at the same time welcoming host. She looks after her guests very carefully and is always available with valuable suggestions.
Clean, quiet and cozy room.
The location is excellent, in an area not far from the center and very quiet even late at night. Advised!

Jacqueline does everything to ensure her guests have the best stay they can .She truly wants her guests to have a good holiday.
She is friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The Riad is an oasis of cool, calm peace, yet convenient for bustle of the city.
Breakfast is lovely, and something a little different is offered each day.
Lovely touch was always being offered mint tea when we sat on the rooftop terrace
Especially appreciated was Jacqueline’s flexibility on moving out day. We had a late flight and she made what could have been a fraught day, very easy and pleasant.
I don’t think there is anything to be improved upon

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jnane d'Ô Marrakech during the first week of May, and it was truly a remarkable experience. This riad-style hotel, owned by the talented artist Jacqueline, is a hidden gem that exudes charm and tranquility.
From the moment we entered the riad, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of authenticity. Jacqueline, the wonderful owner, made us feel like we were part of her extended family. Her passion for art and design is evident throughout the riad, making it a true pearl.
The riad boasts four stunning traditional gardens that are meticulously maintained.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea, a delightful gesture that instantly made us feel at home. The refreshing flavors and the cultural experience of sipping tea in the riad's peaceful courtyard set the tone for our stay.
As a family with a 10-year-old child, we found Riad Jnane d'Ô to be a perfect choice. The riad's intimate and family-friendly ambiance created a comfortable setting for us.
The room we stayed in was cozy and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. it was clean, comfortable, and decorated with Moroccan touches that added to the overall charm of the riad.
Jacqueline's personal touch and attention to detail made our stay truly special. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and provided valuable recommendations for exploring Marrakech. Her warmth and genuine care for her guests left a lasting impression on us.
During our time at Riad Jnane d'Ô, we had the opportunity to indulge in the riad's delicious breakfasts.
As for the location, Riad Jnane d'Ô is situated in a convenient area of Marrakech, allowing easy access to the city's attractions. Famous notable landmarks were within a short distance, making it convenient for us to explore and immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture of Marrakech.

Jacqueline was a wonderful host, we got a lot of useful travel advice during our first stay in Morocco. The Riad is like a little paradise. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts in the court under the orange trees and the afternoon relaxation on the roof terrace. The hotel staff was super kind and professional. The location is excellent, within 15 minutes of walking from the main square. Also there are some nice restaurants nearby. We would love to return some day.
Nothing.

Riad Jane D'O offers a very personalised setting where you are not simply a number. The owner Jacqueline greeted us outside and as she opened the door, she said 'welcome to my house. She took the time to introduce us to the city and made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were very cosy and a welcome peaceful break from the busy rumblings of the Marrakech streets. The lovely breakfasts served offered nice variety and changed daily. It is located within a short walking distance to the souks and the heart of the city. There is a lovely rooftop where you can relax and enjoy some mint tea kindly offered by Jacqueline and her staff whenever required. It felt like a home away from home. All in all, a wonderful stay in this beautifully tranquil setting.
It would be an idea to have a room for four (2adults and 2 children) on offer. We were a group of 5 so it didn't really matter however a family of 4 might find it difficult. We had a sofa bed for one in our room.

This is a quiet, calming, cool and safe Riad in a perfect location just a minute walk from the Medina. Jaqueline and her staff are very welcoming and breakfast is great.

Everything! A very beautiful and tranquil Riad in the heart of Marrakesh. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, wonderfully furnished and well equipped. A pleasure to relax in, as was the roof terrace. Jacqueline, the owner, is delightful. She takes care of her guests and enjoys looking after them. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was served overlooking the peaceful courtyard in the centre of the house. Excellent food and staff. A truly wonderful place to stay.

Location is perfect. I booked the biggest suite and was very nice and comfortable and clean and the size was so great and looked like a luxury ,the garden which is in the middle of the Riad is small , maybe was a smaller home and there is no swimming pool , it is a small collection of water which is typical .but even in bigger Riads with bigger "pool like" area it is not meant to be a swimming pool , it is always made for the looks .
the owner is very responsible, and she answers and arranges everything.
It is a great Riad for females, very safe.
It is more expensive than other similar or better Rids but it is not a big problem.
You have a coffee machine and a separate area for the toilet in the bathroom.
There was an old smell in the room, but it will go away if you turn the AC ON
still, I will recommend this Riad.

It was a fantastic stay we had. Everything was exactly or better as described. Jacqueline as our host, went out of her way to make our stay as good as possible. Ranging from making reservations for us to coming up with recommendations. The breakfast was amazing, and we especially loved the small cakes every morning - different ones every day.
Nothing - all was just perfect.

All Riads we have stayed in during our two week holiday in Morocco have been special and quite different from each other. Jacqueline has carved out a little paradise in Marrakesh making Jnane d'O a haven Her recommendations were perfect making us discover local gems. The Riad is well located wthin the medina, and always people are ready to help with luggage and connections. Thankyou Jacqueline for welcoming us into your home.
There was nothing to dislike, wonderful breakfast, wonderful room and much kindness. Guests need to expect stairs., and no evening dining but fabulous restaurants nearby, just ask Jacqueline. And you must experience a hamman also nearby.

This is a small hotel with 5 rooms run by the owner Jacqueline who made us very welcome and looked after us like an angel when one of us was ill.
It is right in the middle of the town so easy to walk to the various tourist sites. We stayed 7 nights which was the right amount of time to see all the main attractions and have 2 day trips, one to the sea at Essaouira and one to the Atlas Mountains.
Staying at Riad Jnane d'O we experienced how life would be living in an old time, courtyard house. Jacqueline, who is an artist has furnished and decorated the riad with great style.
Highly recommended

The host at the riad is a very special person. She was very helpful, attentive, and professional. She takes great pride in her riad, and careful attention is paid to the smallest detail. From beginning to end our stay was wonderful. If you are looking for a beautiful riad to stay in close to the medina you do not want to miss this opportunity. It is exceptional in all respects.

We loved the amazing morning breakfasts to start the day! Fresh, fresh, fresh-fruit, bread, coffee, and eggs! Really great coffee and the company at the table each morning was spent with the brilliant and thoughtful owner (and now my friend). This incredibly talented and thoughtful lady who is the creator and visionary of this special place called Riad Jnae D'O is Ms. Jacqueline herself. What she has designed, created, imagined within the walls of her Riad is a place where travel starts and ends each day in a way that makes you want to stay forever. We couldn't wait to wake up and have breakfast and sit in the garden. It brought us a sense of peace and relaxation each morning just to start the day. I have never been, and probably never will be, to a place so warm, and where all things needed have been considered. This is not simply a place to stay, it is an experience, and clearly a work of passion and love that she shares with others. I give it 5 stars + the moon and the sun!

The riad is a real oasis in the middle of Marrakech. The breakfast was great, the rooms beautiful (newly renovated), especially the bathroom. What really impressed me though were the details. It is one of the few places that really had everything - down to the tissues and cotton wipes.
Also a great roof terrace and really nice and helpful hostess.
Just be aware that the property does not have a pool as stated in the description, just a mini pool which is more for decoration than jumping in. We knew that from the pictures, however the courtyard is just beautiful!

Jacqueline, the owner of the riad, is an amazing hostess, full of positive energy and very hospitable. She went out of her way to help us in all circumstances, booking restaurants for us, help us get local phone numbers (even lent us cash until we found an open ATM), and allowed us to have a very late check-out without extra charge. The riad itself carries a special energy and is maintained with a lot of personal care by Jacqueline herself. She prepares a really nice local breakfast too. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
There is not too much of a sound isolation in the riad as all rooms are in the courtyard and the doors and windows are not sound-proof because of the traditional style. As a result, there was noise in the mornings that woke us up earlier than intended a couple of days. Also, the towels might need to be replaced soon as they were a bit worn.

The kindness of Jacqueline is unmatched, I stayed with my brother and honestly miss the place. Will deffo come back at some point when the coronovirus settles (and this time I'll include breakfast) lol.
Can't complain.
