The staff was so kind they offered to us a free local tea, they led us for the terrace that was amazing with 360° view. The location was perfect in the heart of Old Medina.

Unfortunately the breakfast is not included. And they gave us the upper room it's so hot & without air-conditioner. In addition, he toilet is exposed with no privacy or barrier with the rest of the room

The beauty of the architecture was stunning, it was a feast for the eyes entering into the Riad and to think this was once someone’s home! The roof top had many areas to relax and absorb the surrounding views, also where breakfast is served and the many mint teas by Abdul! A very caring member of the Riad staff. Very attentive at all times, making sure I was comfortable.

A little hot in that room as no air conditioning but I was given a fan when I asked which helped a lot.

Abdul was such a dedicated and caring host. He thought of all the little things. I highly recommend the airport transfer service and getting one of the rooms upstairs with the ensuite as they are very spacious and comfortable.

located in the medina (but near the royal palace), yet calm, quiet and tranquil. might benefit from a/c in the height of summer. I was offered a fan which I didn’t need - cool enough in June. it’s a great location in an interesting inland location. transport is cheap by taxi. BUT the star of the show is the hospitality shown by the manager Abdul. A faultless, host and guide. rarely will you be made more welcome.

This was my 4th time here, and it says everything. My second house out of home, here in Tetouan. Amazing location and views, perfect service, really the best place to stay in Tetouan while discovering this beautiful city.

Absolutely amazing stay! We don't even know where to begin! The managers are swift and helpful, upon arrival they were very welcoming and provided delicious mint tea and told us a bit about Tétouan. The mint tea was provided throughout our whole stay and we also had outstanding breakfast (HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED IT IS DELISH..WE DREAM ABOUT IT ..STILL!) Abdul went out of his way to make sure we were happy, comfortable and well fed ! The tours are amazing and the Riad also offers a lot of other excursions. You will feel safe and comfortable here! We'll definitely be back, thank you Riad Tetuanía! The riad is very clean and beautiful, we were happy to be able to experience the beautiful city I this way. I recommend to eat your breakfast on the top terrace/rooftop as well, you can enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Medina. Truly breathtaking and great cultural experience. We felt like family and very welcomed here.

Everything was AMAZING!

We stayed one night in this Riad, but we could definitely had stayed more. the room was very comfortable and the Riad has a lot of spaces where to relax. the view from the terrace is incredible with the mountains on the background and you can enjoy a very good breakfast there. the host was very nice and welcomed us with some mint tea. definitely recommend.

Going to Tetuan was the best decision that I could have done, and staying here was the perfect kit. Make sure you book a guided tour with Abdul, he took me to all the markets and was amazing I was the only tourist there, this is Real Morocco! 5 stars

Great location with a nice Terrace

Cold at night, didnt know there was an electric blanket on the bed until the next day.

Location is great, it was very clean and the place is beautiful.

It was very cold. We stayed during winter time and there was not heating so it was pretty cold at the room

The Riad itself is really beautiful and very well located. The staff (Abdul in particular) was incredibly welcoming, sweet, and even openly share his culture/friends/music with us. We had such a wonderful time staying there. Can't wait to return.

Riad Tetuania is your small paradise garden within Tetuan. Located perfectly inside the Medina but very close to a door leading to the Spanish quarter. Abdul & Munir go out of the norm to make your stay exceptional as they have the best local tips for food and visiting and are always helpful with anything you may need. Rooms are clean and comfy. We stayed at the top terrace rooms and where like at home working and enjoying from the verandah living room available.

Beautiful, quiet riad in the middle of the medina. Abdul the host was very welcoming. Full Moroccan breakfast available at 40 Dirham per person.

The cosiness and the rooftop view

The location was in the middle of the Medina, so it is really difficult to get in if you are travelling with a car. To bring the suitcases there, it is just impossible.

The whole place was tres romantique! It has an exceptional terrace, that overlooks the tetuane rooftops and it's a beautiful place to sit in the early morning. The interior of the place is like a palace with the most stunning mosaics, an incredible antique building with real charm. The staff were very helpful and made me feel at home! I wish I could have stayed longer but a family had booked the entire place for a wedding. It is a rare find!

The staff are super kind, helpful, hospitable, and ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast was very good, all made from local food by local people. I have a food allergy and they provided me with bread that suits my dietry needs. The design of the riad and the rooms is amazing; it gives you the authentic Moroccan experience.

It would have been better if the room had an AC (although a fan is provided). Rooms are a bit small.
