Riad accogliente

colazione varia con diverse proposte di dolci come torte e pane con marmellata, the e caffè con yogurt. ci hanno dato la possibilità di fare colazione anche al mattino presto per poter andare in aeroporto. Ci hanno organizzato il transfer da e per l'aeroporto. sempre attenti a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. posizione all'interno della medina a 12-15 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza Jema el Fna. distanza dall'aeroporto massimo 15 minuti di auto

la struttura è pulita, la nostra camera un filo piccola, il bagno collegato alla camera senza la porta, forse per qualcuno può essere un problema. segnalo che il riad si trova a 12-15 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza Jema el Fna, di notte fa un pò paura girare per i vicoletti bui.

un piccolo riad curato e pulitissimo in una posizione molto centrale. Disponibili e gentili, la colazione è ottima.

Would not go there again

Nice style, comfortable bed, close to Medina center

Breakfast everyday the same. No possibility to choose. Only carbs and eggs. On the second day we asked for fruit and got 1 clementine per person. We informed the owner that we will leave at 3.30 am because of early flight and we asked for some packed breakfast. He ensured that this will be done and also that he will be there at that time to help with the luggage. We saw nothing of this and left the keys behind…. Hot water is limited for 2 persons shower. We were in 3 and my husband did twice the shower with cold water. Too expensive with such lack of services. Roof top is pretty but a bit dirty and there’s no possibility to buy a drink or something to each and enjoy this space. The very small pool is of no use during cold season.

estancia muy bien desayuno genial y servicio muy bueno

Me gusto mucho porque era muy bonito y además muy tranquilo , cerca del centro pero sin estar en el meollo del zoco la peque alberca nos brindo un rato de frescura aunque es pequeña hace el apaño

lo que no me gusto fue que las tuberías no funcionaban muy bien y se hundía la ducha además la cama un poco pequeña para nosotros ya que los dos somos grandes y siempre intentamos buscar camas grandes

Sentirsi a casa a Marrakech

Riad piccolo è stupendo, una chicca nel cuore della Medina, perfetto per qualsiasi spostamento a piedi, silenziosissimo e profumato! Ho trovato tutto molto curato in termini di design e soprattutto estremamente pulito. Colazione molto molto buona con yogurt locale squisito, ovetto fritto meraviglioso, pane, pancake, crepe e torta fresca e morbida diversa ogni mattina (sembra che la nonna gourmet abbia cucinato per gli ospiti!), succo, frutta e ovviamente caffè o the…il tutto servito dalle ragazze davvero gentili e belle (Aisha e Amina) nella terrazza, dove sembra di stare in una rivista di decor, ma sentendosi a casa! Rachid e il suo staff è stato discreto, ma molto molto disponibile, sempre presente e cordialissimo nell’organizzare ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.Ottimo!

Schöne Riad mit tollen Service

Die Riad war unglaublich schön. Viele Details, die einem zum Staunen bringen. Der Service war einwandfrei -sehr höflich, freundlich & zuvorkommend. Zum Willkommensgruß gab es Tee und Snacks, sowie eine Stadtkarte von Marrakesch mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten - dazu wurde noch ein bisschen erzählt. Perfekter hätte man es nicht machen können.

Die Betten waren leider sehr hart und nicht bequem. Bei jeder Bewegung hat das Bett Geräusche gemacht. Leider war das Frühstück auch sehr einseitig. Der Weg zur Riad ist anfangs auch ziemlich kompliziert. Den ersten Tag musste man sich von den Einheimischen dahinführen lassen (gegen Bares selbstverständlich). Könnte etwas besser ausgeschildert sein.

The images on the site are not compatible with reality at all. We took a suite to skeleton people and were very disappointed by the size of the room. Breakfast was very thin and everything was repeated and there were also several times that the food was not fresh at all. One day we came with a friend who was staying at another hotel and the hotel manager didn’t agree he would come in and sit with us, otherwise he would call the police. It was very unpleasant and we just wanted to sit in the room and then go out to spend some time together. In addition, the location is located in a very bad area, many people in a way that were unpleasant and the girls with me were afraid to go at night alone because of all those around the hotel. We had lots of electrical problems in the room and many times we were being without electricity until the hotel manager arrived and arranged it I recommend you invest more money and go somewhere else because this hotel destroyed us a lot of the trip.

Whilst the location was fabulous, it was a little out of the way in that there were some narrow quiet lanes to navigate.

Fantastic stay - made to feel at home!

The owners and the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. The riad is beautiful, clean and well presented. The location was great - 20 min walk and you were in the main square but also close proximity to souks etc.

overall great value for money , clean and does the job. nice communal areas.

location was great , breakfast was good , staff were friendly , the "lounge" area was very nice to sit in . it wasnt hard to find. the room was a standard double

the facilities were a bit basic. the bathroom opens up into the room which is a bit odd but okay. i was worried as the window into the bathroom opened u0p into the shared areas - but i think it was stained glass. there didnt seem to be staff around all the time - a bit annoying as we tried to pay at night ( 8pm ish) / ask for tea but couldnt find anyone .room felt a bit cramped. only stayed there for one night so it was fine. i wouldnt have enjoyed it for more than 1-2 nights max

We stayed within the Medina - and were a little concerned it may be noisy - but we need not have worried. This location was quiet - but still close to all the hustle and bustle of the Souks etc

homely ryad with great access to the Marrakech life

lovely and helpful staff, it felt homely and was located in a area which was at walking distance to a lot of places!

the room was cold and it was a hard time setting up the AC to get the room temperature adjusted, would also have enjoyed a more varied breakfast with some domestic produce/vegetables

beautiful oasis in the Medina

strongly reccomended

It was the best experience that we had in Marrakech. The staff is always welcoming, gentle and smiling. The rooms are very clean and curated well. It is a family owned place so everything is taken care of nicely during your stay. When it comes to the location it is 5-10 mins walking distance everywhere so it makes it very comfortable at any situation.

the beds are a little uncomfy but all the positive things make you to not pay any attention to that

not recommending, there are better Riads for better price

location was ok and stuff were nice but that's where positives end

I had to stay just for 1 night and expected much better experience for that money. Next time I will book either a hotel or a cheap Riad. Room was very hot and small, didn't have any airflow. Bathroom window was leading right to the patio which didn't give necessary intimacy. It was loud in the night till 23:00 and even if it was other guests fault they should have been asked to change a location. Asking for printing a board card ended up with extra 20 MAD. All other places where I stayed offered that service for free. There was no wifi or at least I wasn't informed about any paid options. Terrible value for money.

excellent! beautiful riad and really comfortable room (Tamilla). the owners are really nice and attentive. we had a great time, and breakfast was really good. it was very relaxing overall, whilst still having a great location in the medina.
