Everything! Great hotel, the location is unbeatable alongside the Nile with views to the West Bank with great sunsets. Facilities are very good, including Spa and in hotel shops for all your gifts and jewellery needs . Food is more than adequate with enough selection to suit all tastes. Staff attentive and keen to please. Breakfast section very good and again service excellent. Pool brilliant and surrounding areas well provided with sun loungers and parasols. Pool area staff excellent and provide for all your needs, promptly moving loungers, parasols and proving towels whenever needed. Boat trips on the Nile available alongside the hotel including Felucca sailing. bookable at reception. This is our second stay and even better service than last year. Highly recommended.

The view of the resort is the best you can find in Luxor since it is adjacent to Nile. The manager of the hotel was kind and courteous.

The food in all the restaurants was mid was in terms of taste and flavours. All types of meat felt it was pulled out from a deep freezer. Nothing felt fresh and had a stale smell. Over all, we were quite disappointment with the food according to the respective cuisine and Hilton standards. We dined in Silk Road for dinner all three nights. On our last day, when the restaurant the food was taking longer to arrive, we enquired where it was since we had a flight to catch. The server quite impolitely said "the restaurant is busy, and he doesn't know". We found his behaviour quite strange and on pointing that he gave us a bowl of complimentary rice. We believe this needed to be highlighted as at no point you should make your guests feel unimportant or unwelcome, particularly at a property that has a certain reputation in the hotel industry. This experience definitely impacted my perception of Hilton hotels.

The experience was just amazing. The view of the Nile from the hotel is divine during sunset. Great staff, good food which is reasonably prices, amazing facilities, and a fitness centre right in front of the Nile was really the cherry on the top.

We had just booked an additional dinner on the Nile edge. The dinner was quite alright, I expected something better since this costed more than just having dinner at any of the hotel restaurants. It was my birthday so we wanted to do something special, but the food and the treatment were a little underwhelming and not worth the money.

The view is impeccable and the staff is very friendly. The rooms overlooking the Nile are just gorgeous. Everything is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely go back to Luxor just for this hotel.

The only negative comment I have was related to the food. Breakfast was good not as expected. Olives, another restaurant at the hotel, was way below average compared to the fact that it’s located at a five star hotel.
