You can find Serenity at jaz lamaya

The staff was great … Rewan, Moustafa and Reda at the reception were very helpful in a very professional way as well as said at nesma bar and ibrahim at Dewan restaurant ..they are all very well trained … the place is very clean the view from my room was beyond my expectations

A premium family fun destination

The staff is super nice, polite & always willing to help. Thanks to them all especially Ibrahim in the restaurant. Aqua Park is great fun with the kids. The beach is lovely & the corals nearby are magnificent. Animation during the day is nice, but the best after dinner. Food variety is great, there is always something for every taste.

Prices of the spa treatments are very expensive especially for Egyptians, although I saw most of the therapists are sitting and doing nothing. It would be better to make some offers & packages. It could be beneficial for both the spa & the customers.

Great snorkelling and diving - worth a visit.

This is our second time at Jaz with the first being back in 2012. It hadn't changed at all which is a good thing! Rooms were large and very well maintained. Gardens are amazing Snorkelling is fabulous Food is decent

It's almost impossible to book the a la carte restaurants (you are advised to queue at midnight when the next day of bookings 'goes live'). That means you have to rely on the buffet but it's decent - good variety and sitting outside is less "airport lounge". The dive shop is crazy busy.

Good recommendation for house dives and daily excursions. Excellent service

The hotel staff goes the extra mile to feel welcomed and will support throughout the full stay. Buffet in the main restaurant is quite varied, including some vegan and vegetarian dishes (labels sometimes are missing, but choice is great) Gym is small but enough to train, and equipment is fully functional House reef is well preserved, and closeness to the diving center is a plus

If you go to enjoy the evening variety and events. Ignore the comment. Otherwise, just a recommendation. In case you are a diver and go to bed early, ask for a room not looking towards the pool area. Windows are good but can't contain the music (which stops at 11pm... so reasonable time for anybody not waking at 6am for a morning dive)

We enjoyed our stay at Jaz Lamaya and would recommend it to families.

+ The hotel was clean and very friendly + We enjoyed our stay big time due to the amount of activities and the various foods at the buffet. + If there was a problem it was fixed by very professional employees. + The room and the location are flawless

- The shower was sometimes turning from normal to Ice Cold or Hot as hell without warning. - For us there were many Families and old couples, that’s nothing negative just a note for people considering a adults only Hotel.

The staff were extremely hospitable and friendly and will do anything to make your stay memorable even without you asking. Everything in the resort is meant for your comfort and pleasure. They really went above and beyond. I would love to go back.

the best hotel! many thanks for Mr. Harb, Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Ahmed, Reda, Omar, Adham and Fathy the best guys from reception. They will always help you if your need anything. Very good food in main restaurant also in beach Bar! When u want good cocktails go to lobby bar!

Staff . Especially the reception (front office) they do all they can to make you satisfied . Also the aqua manager is very helpfull .

Food hygiene. Although most hotels suffer from hygiene in hurghada and Marsa Alam. However, i was expecting this hotel to be different. Unfortunately it wasnt . Chefs with bare hands (no gloves) making sandwiches and touching food and bread. the staff after buffet pickup dessert pieces with their bare hands. Flying insects in the buffet. Unfortunately my wife got stomack sick during the stay which ruined our holiday :(

Amazing

Very nice hotel and staff. The environment is amazing, a lot of swimming pools, you can do activities during your stay. Food is great, a lot of diversity, surprises as well. You have a diving center inside the hotel complex which is also amazing. We had a flight early in the morning, the hotel gave us a bag with food for the trip without us even asking. In the room, nice view, food and wine waiting for us as a gift.

Only one remark but it's not a big deal for me Which is "Animations team" Animation members is not enough and even there experience is not compatible with this huge hotels group, they missed alot of skills and poor activities at beach/pools, I think You need to invest and improve this point, thanks

Super nice

Well, Jaz Lamaya was a magnificent stay. We stayed in a sea view room. The room was in a very quiet area with an awesome view. All the staff starting from the reception, animation team, life guards, waiters at the pool bars and those at the main restaurant; all were super nice and friendly. All the staff were really very professional and they treat each guest as a VIP one. The housekeeping employee was really clever. Everyday he surprised us with a piece of art using the towels. Also, the cheffs here are very clever and all the food we tried at the pool bars or the main restaurant; was really tasty and fresh. We enjoyed our stay so much and inshaallah we'll be back on christmas. Thank you everyone working in this outstanding hotel, u really made great effort to make us feel comfy.

Service at this resort is unbelievable

This is the best hotel or resort I’ve ever been to all my life. Can’t find words to describe how awesome and friendly the staff is,,it feels like a family,,they know you by name ,,they really do everything to make sure you are enjoying your stay ,,the reception (Fady),,aqua park was awesome ( Mohamed the manager),,the buffet (Saeid, Hassan ,,the chef) one day they made a dessert especially for my son as he asked for it ,,,the entertainment team was great and really had fun with all the shows ( Ahmed Cola was so caring and friendly to my son ) May be I didn’t mention everyone but I really loved that place ,,every employee and every aspect

Nothing to dislike ,,if I go again to Marsa alam,,that’s where am going ,,hope to meet the same staff again
