لا زال المكان يتميز ببشاشه العاملين ومحاولتهم لحل المشاكل وانقاذ الموقف قدر المستطاع واخص بالذكر الشيف سيد تحديدا لما قدمه من جهد لتحسين جوده بعض الاشياء ومستر سيد البول الرئيسي شخص متعاون لاقصي درجه ممكن تتخيلها وودود جدددا

جوده الطعام والتنوع ليست الافضل علي الاطلاق المستوي هبط بشكل ملحوظ التنوع يعتبر شبه معدوم يوميا وجبه الغداء كوبي بيست باضافه بسيطه بجد كان سي جدددددا

Everything was amazing

Location, The food variation and taste , kids Aqua, safety , houskeeping. Night shows, and kids entertainment time , bars, friendly majority of the staff . Staff asks more oft if everything is ok :).

Room location was difficult to reach .. It is like a labyrinth to me, Families with toddlers should stay in easy access rooms, where they don't have to walk 3 Coridors and take the Lift and stairs to reach the restaurant ! . I didn't like the first room location and view told the reception personal that i don't want to have to use the lift.. He misunderstood my request was nice though :) but gave us even a room with worse location, my husband didn't want to change once again.. The hotel was full we understand that room availability as wish couldn't be available to everyone . I found The hotel as a whole ( not easy accessible) especially For Families with Kinderwagen/ Stroller. Very Few staff personal discriminate between foreigners and egyptians.

I didn't like anything this year ,I used to come every year with my family but will never come again !! They lost credibility for me worst management ever/ food/ hygiene " saw stool in the lazy river and it was evacuated after 2 hours " after I complained!!! House keeping impolite / and at the end they told us as an apology, we will have late check out at 5 we returned from the pool we found people and the 2nd room!! They ruined our vacation

WIFI is a hell, it is very bad one almost not working Noisy room hearing every word clearly in the room next to me, lighting system in room not good no button beside bedroom Asked for a wake up call no one called me Buffet is very normal, no much protein , most are carbohydrates

I liked the Hotel environment, it's really magic & Fun .. Different pool styles to satisfy everyone, specially the adults only pool was very relaxing, Also The beach was amazing, staff was very cooperative, Animation team was Great, They have many restaurants there, Also the Location was perfect just on the mamsha which is great for anyone who loves shopping.

Our stay was in a building where the rooms still was in an old style mood, old Furniture and bathroom style which was not very satisfying for me, The kits in the room was very poor, Also the Hotel is not a good choice for Adults/Couples only who love to relax as there are too many children there ( In most of the places)

pools were nice and kids aqua park was very nice rooms were big & comfortable Mr Khaled from reception provided us with super nice room whilst the hotel was fully booked kids club girls are super nice(Amina and Hala ) and they kept my girl entertained animation team are good with a. lot of activities

the rudeness of the staff probably at every restaurant specially at terrace area in the main restaurant and Italian restaurant they need to be trained seriously how to talk and deal with guests . one of the waiters when i asked for milk he gave me the rest of milk from another table !! unbelievable!! the food at beach restaurant is inedible in addition to rudeness of the staff as well animation team girls only talk in russian , when i asked for the place for night parties they were not able to answer in English

It was clean

>Food on the buffet and special to the three restaurants i visit was very very poor(on the pallapa especially we didn't eat anything the staff was friendly and tried to apologize but wasn't their fault though >There's so many rooms on such a small place so was noisy all day long >On booking they write price with out taxes etc so when we get there we had to pay 400 euros extra (that was my mistake though cos i didn't read small letters >Don't eat prawns anywhere all my family when we eat them we was on toilet, bed for a day

Clean bed, clean bathroom, balcony.

Expected to be more like Steigenberger Achti in Luxor, so we were disappointed that it wasn't... Noisy dinner, chaotic buffet at dinner time as well as breakfast time, of course obvious as hotel has more than 700 rooms!!

Everything was so good! Rooms, stuff, gym and the pool areas
