The stay was pleasant

Breakfast was good. The location presents a bit of challenges when trying to access the route from Lusaka

Very good

I loved the neatness of the room and surrounding premises plus, I also enjoyed having the option to dine from any of the three restuarants on site which were a walking distance.

I had hoped that the pool would be clean enough to have a swim plus there was a bit of noise from traffic along the busy road during peak hours, thankfully it was not for long.

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely accommodation. Great towels and shower. Comfy bed. Great gym. Super helpful staff.

The food was terrible. We ate at the Grill. We got to breakfast at 9am. Most of the food was finished. We were limited in terms of how much we could have despite having paid for bed and breakfast ie. only given one sausage . We were told my mum couldn't have the porridge oats she wanted as "it would take too long to make it". Its a shame that the food let the place down..

Great Escape

This is my second time visiting Sandy's and its definitely a great escape from the busy city of Lusaka. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The bed is firm with comfortable pillows. The staff were also very welcoming and lovely. Also the curtains make the room very dark so you are not woken up harshly by the sun in the morning.

Well I think the standards have dropped since I was last here. The pool definitely needs cleaning and the quality of the food needs to be improved.

The welcoming, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. It would have also been nice for them to give some guidance as to the services and amenities offered we had to figure things out by ourselves

I haven't had breakfast there but I guess should be good enough.

It is located close to the road but the traffic noise was ok.

Great place I loved it but could do with a few improvements.

The Environment, the gardens were well maintained and very beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Could easily access transport if you needed to go into town.

Swimming pool was dirty and had to request for them to clean it as the sun was at its peak and extremely hot. All i wanted to do was be in the swimming pool cooling my body down, but sadly the pool was not cleaned 4 days straight , I had booked 4 chalets but one of the chalets there was no toilet water and no warm water for the shower. The floors were a little sticky and dirty of which i noticed after I tried to walk barefoot in my room, it would be nice if the floors could be mopped often or properly mopped. The rooms didnt have an iron and when I requested for an iron i was given a very old broken iron nearly ruined my top and trousers when I attempted to iron.
