Nie wieder Charmillion!

Das Essen am Buffet war nicht schlecht. Personal an sich freundlich.

Wir waren vom 15-27 März im Charmillion Club Resort. Wir hatten all inclusive reserviert. Hier in diesem Hotel ist gar nichts all inclusive! Raus geschmissenes Geld wenn sie das buchen! An der winzigen Bar bekamm man keinen Wein zu trinken. Nur wärend des Essens. Der Wein war Wasser. Keine Konsistenz, kein Geschmack, nichts. Wollte man anständigen Wein musste man eine Flasche kaufen und trotz all inclusive bezahlen. Wollte man Eis, musste man es bezahlen, wollte man morgens einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft musste man den bezahlen. Bier kein Geschmack kein Sprudel, wollte man anderes Bier musste man es bezahlen. Auch alle anderen Getränke wie Cocktail, wurden lieblos zubereitet und schmeckten Teils einfach nach nichts. Wir waren 11 Tage da, wir konnten zwei mal in den dazugehörigen Restaurants essen „à la carte“ hiess es. Wir versuchten das libanesische Restaurant, was sich im Charmillion Sea Life nebenan befand und das französische was sich im Charmillion Club Resort befand. Beim Libanesischen war nur die Vorspeise gut, der Hauptgang was gegrilltes Fleisch war, war ungenießbar weil es zu durch war. In beiden Restaurants gab es ein Menü, nichts à la carte! Am Pool und am Strand wird man dauernd vom Spa, Aktivitäten, Tattoo Personal genervt. Gute Preise versicheren sie einem. Ausserhalb vom Hotel bekommen sie da deutlich besseres geboten, für weniger Geld! Ich habe mir am letzten Tag am Pool im Hotel ein Henna Tattoo machen lassen. Nicht nur dass er sich vermalt hat, nein, er versicherte mir auch noch dass es 2-3 Wochen halten würde. 3 Tage drauf war nichts mehr auf meiner Hand davon zu erkennen. Und dafür fragte man dann unverschämte 25€. Wir hatten ein Meerblick Zimmer, es war ok, aber das Bad total veraltet und auch nicht sehr gut geputzt und nicht sauber.

Güzel dinlenmelik bir otel

Otel genel olarak güzel diyebilirim. Havalimanına çok yakın, temiz bir otel. Resepsiyondaki Ahmed Bey sayesinde gece 4te ücretsiz erken check in yapabildik ve odamızı deniz gören odaya yükseltti. Denizi bazı zamanlar kötü olurken bazı zamanlar çok iyi. Tamamen kayalık bir denizi var kumlu yüzmeli bir şey bekliyorsanız o beklentinizi karşılamaz. Ama kayalıksız derin kısmı çok güzel akvaryum gibi mutlaka şnorkel alıp gelin dalış yapmış gibi balıkları görebiliyorsunuz. Yemekleri de genel anlamda iyi. Her gün ayrı bir konsept var (İtalyan, Uzak Doğu, Arap gibi).

Denizi çok kayalık. Havuz deniz kenarında yatarken sürekli çalışanlar gelip ısrarla masaj veya tur satmaya çalışıyor. Bu tatile dinlenmeye gelen birini rahatsız ediyor. Akşamları yapılan eğlenceler Rus turistlere fazla yönelik. International şarkı yarışması yapılıyor ama şarkıların çoğunluğu Rusça. Bu açıdan genel memnuniyeti sağlamaları lazım Rusların değil.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, definitely recommeded!

Early check in and late check out was free for us :) It was a great surprise because we arrived 5:00 am and left 17:00. They upgraded our room as well, for free. The food was very delicious, and varied throughout the week! The staff was smiling all the time and asking us if everything was OK. If you don’t want to walk a lot in the territory of the hotel you can also ask a golf car from the reception by phone. Comfy bed, strong wifi, beautiful coral reef. Would stay here again!

Amazing hotel, wonderful stay

Everything! It is the second time we came, and it was even better than the first. The food was delicious, the staff nice and helpful and the rooms super comfy. The hotel is beautiful! Sayeed at the reception was very helpful and even found a very nice office for my husband to work everyday. After this trip we have decided that we will come every year, truly fantastic!

Amazing stay

Very good

The staff was really helpful and nice, the food was really good and the reservation was excellent and especially Armia Younan was alway offering support. The room was clean.

first of all i would like to thanks all the staff specially Mr Mohammed receptionist he was very nice and helpful guy and big tanks to all life guards in the swimming pools they were very good and friendly also thank you Mr waleed and his restaurant staff hotel (staff deserve 10/10)

food needs amendments specily kid’s food (notice that fresh juices are not included you have to pay even i payed for all inclusive .kids animations must includ other languages arabic and English

My stay at charmilion club resort

I liked the staff especially the front desk guys. They were so helpful and friendly. Armia was the one who met us at the front desk. Armia was extremely helpful and nice guy. The guys at the bars and the pool are extremely nice. The facilities are nicely designed. The green areas are always fresh and beautiful to look at. The beach and the sea are amazing. The sea life is incredible. The distant location is very nice and calm to chill. Everything was nice and I would definetly visit the hotel again.

We experienced delay with room service. Me and my friend waited for hours to get our rooms cleaned.

It was our first time visiting Egypt as a couple. We really enjoyed our stay at the Charmillion club, we stayed here for 15 nights. The staff were so helpful and hospitable. Our room was cleaned daily with nice little touches (sweet towel designs on the bed). The views from our balcony were amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. There were various food options and menu changes daily. I was able to work from here and had no issues with wifi.

The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained but the rooms are a little outdated, although really spatious.

Excellent location with huge and beautiful beach and extraordinary sea! Extensive territory covering 2 hotels. Green territory.

Draft beers could have been improved. But thanks to flexibility and hospitality of the Hotel staff they served canned beers into my room :)

Fascinating Resort

everything is fantastic food is very good and has many varieties pool are clean and extremely well beach is rocky but good as well staff are very friendly and nice

Awesome

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Late check-in at 11:30 p.m. was quick and smooth. A late-night light dinner awaited us. The food in the hotel is varied and delicious. The biggest impression on us was made by the employees in the restaurant, bars, or by pools. They are unobtrusively helpful, attentive, and extremely friendly. We have visited quite a few similar destinations and this was our best experience so far. Despite the current score of 6.2 for Wifi access, Wifi in the entire resort in all locations (room, beach, pool,...) works fast and flawlessly. As I found out, it was recently re-installed and tested by our teenagers, it works flawlessly. We will be back!

I had an amazing short holiday stay in Charmillion Club Resort. Lovely swimming pool and within a walking distance to sandy beach. Excellent freshly cooked food served as a buffet with lots of choices, plus for all inclusive guests Ala Carte Restaurant dinners which I fairly enjoyed. I’ve experienced Japanese and Lebanese cuisine which I would recommend, more to explore with my next stay. There is also a free shuttle bus which I took to go to Naama centre, any guest can book the day before at the reception. Nice shops within the hotel area. Lots of entertainment and fitness classes. Staff was very helpful especially Mahmoud which I’m very grateful for all advices and bookings. I definitely will be back with my family and friends next time to explore more.
