Wonderful stay close to the main strip and the historic Branson area. Everything was in a good distance.

The property on site had an indoor pool tennis court volleyball mini golf, shuffleboard ping-pong so much to do the room itself is nice they’re like sweets like a little apartment has the dishwasher refrigerator, stove dishes bedroom, bathroom sofa bed the pillows were comfy and big on pillows bed was comfortable All around good experience especially for the price

The indoor pool area it was a little warm in there. It just smelled of chlorine bad. They needed to open up some windows but it’s a big nice pool.

We had a great time at The Suite at Fall Creek

It was spacious, I loved each room, had a balcony. We loved all the amenities and activities that they offered at no extra cost.

I cant really complain about anything.

Very nice place

The place was very big and clean. Plenty of parking. Quiet. We were on the second floor. There was an elevator to bring up our belongings. The 1 bedroom units have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Even a stackable washer/dryer. HUGE walk-in shower in the bathroom.

So this property just got purchased by Hilton Vacation Clubs, so basically it is a timeshare. There was no pitch to buy a timeshare UNLESS you wanted some free or discounted show tickets. I sat through a 90 minute presentation to get free Dolly Stampede tickets. There really wasn't too much pressure to buy. I didn't and they gave me my tickets as I was leaving.

Frustrating and Very DISAPPOINTING!!!

Location was good

Plumbing in our room was absolutely horrendous!! We had to call maintenance on the first day because the toilet stopped up and over ran in the floor every time it was flushed, 4 people were having to use one bathroom because the other toilet was no good, then the other toilet started overflowing, we used all our clean towels twice from cleaning up toilet water, it was disgusting! I told the person at the from desk and she didn’t seem to care , jays told me to ask for a renovated room next time, wow is all I can say about that

Mini family vacation / Thanksgiving 2023

Absolutely everything! Friendly and professional staff Spacious and clean rooms Washer and dryer was so nice to have and convenient Activities center ALL AMENITIES!

The many steps to the room. No elevator for luggage to our 2 bedroom. Had to take breaks to get luggage up steps and it was very very cold out. That was just our room though. I seen they have elevators in other complexes. I let my man do most of the loading and unloading no biggie just inconvenient

Great get away

I liked that it felt more like a home and not a hotel. Very spacious. Loved the screen rooms they had that we could go out a d sit when it was warm. The staff texted every day to see if we needed anything. And when we did that took care of it asap. There was plenty to do if you had kids with you. Loved that there was a washer and drier.

I think they need to update the furniture in the living room. The arms of the chairs and couch were really dirty. And they need to get new carpet or put tile down.

Overall stay is an F

It was typically quiet.

The outside screened area was covered in spiders and webs on the inside. I spent my time cleaning so I could enjoy the evening. Fan and light in bedroom did not work. Made it aware to Mani at the timeshare offering and I am upset nothing was done since we declined the timeshare. And Mani stated he would make it up to us. The staff when checking out didn't even ask how our stay was. She asked for our key cards and said thank you. I feel unless we would buy into the timeshare thingy nothing was to be done. At this point I will not recommend to others nor will I stay again. Wyndham will get my business.

We were told the resort was bought recently and money is being put in for updates. Good

We ended up in a complex near the main building which we liked. Could walk to it and to miniature golf, etc. Room was old looking but decent size and clean. Everything in the bathroom was in good order and their were lots of towels, soap, etc. TV was easy to work. Bed was slightly soft but okay. Nice to have small stove and refrigerator. Sink was pretty small and no garbage disposal. We were on the third floor but there was an elevator. Putt-putt golf course was well done.

We were first put in a complex at the back of the resort next to construction. We asked for a change and they moved us to another building that was also by construction. We asked to be changed again and this time we got a building that I described above. My wife did not like that a maintenance person opened the door, without knocking or any warning while she was in the room alone. Security told us that was not acceptable and was dealing with the person that did it. We also did not like that we only have free access to wifi for two devices. I complained about this but they said that was the policy. Well, the policy should be changed. We should get free wifi for as many devices as we may need. Also, the fitness room is entirely inadequate. Pool table should be full size.

The suite was just what my family and I were looking for. We stayed 5 nights very quite, easy ascess to parking. The rooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable, sheets were clean. The pool area was nice and clean and very kid friendly. The game room area was also nice for the kids. We made it late that night around 2 or 3 am and the 24 hour night service is a major plus. We are definitely coming to the location again in fact anytime we are in town.

There are no complaints. House keeping came by daily. The towels were clean the air and heat worked just fine. The hot water was excellent.

Worst experience I've ever had

The size.

Unclean towels and bedding- all smelled like body oder. uncleaned bathrooms- pee on toilet and poop stains in toilet.. Broken AC unit- got so hot it was unbearable, couldn't sleep woke up soaked in sweat. We were put on the 3rd floor- my mom's handicap and had so much trouble walking up those stairs and to make things worse I have a two year old I had to carry up and down them every single time, and to top all that off someone keyed my car while it sit outside my room on your property. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever received and I asked them to help and fix my issues but they did not. I am furious about our experience and the 400$ I wasted on a broken ass hotel room.

room not ready at 4 pm front desk young guy not assisting (friendliness not there) stains on sofa sleeper mattress, sofa cushions, loose cabinet, room was at end by mechanical room, sound coming from there, neighbors talking loudly late at night/early morning didn’t help me get any sleep on the sofa

Very good

The staff was really nice! Location was great!! Check in was very quick, they were extremely nice. The concierge went above and beyond to help us find good food places. I would love to stay there again, despite the couple issues we had.

there was work being done on the suite above us and it woke us up really early and it was really loud. The heat didn’t work but during the evening 1 day, we were there 3, we were really cold. They came out twice to fix it but it stopped working again the last time. I just didn’t call and bother them again. But I’m not mad, they were really nice and came out quickly to fix it. I just think it was something else wrong with the heating unit.
