Your employees were sweet and very helpful
Our room had mold in the shower, a drawer missing from the dresser and trash next to the bed other than that it was great 👍

El servicio del personal EXCELENTE!.. super amables y serviciales en todo momento.
Las habitaciones los muebles muy desgastados y viejos ..el precio no justifica la habitación.

The pools were excellent.
Restaurants advertised on the web were not available or open. We had to travel out into the community to find places to eat.

The staff was pleasant
The beds were not comfortable and our room was kinda dirty like it had not been used in a very long time

Food was good. Breakfast staff were awesome. Very close to the pools.
Our pool was under construction the whole time. Facility is really out of date. The water park isn’t that great. The slide was hardly opened and excuses were made because they didn’t want to man it. Everything is way overpriced. Get ready to pay $10 per coors light.

I liked the amenities, the on site restaurants and cafe at the water park. The location is great as there are stores all around to get things you need. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I liked the towels available at the water park and pool. I liked the lazy river. I like the size of the Kong Suite.
The prices are very high and the water park, restaurants. And cafe close early. The tv kept going in and out. A maintenance tech came to check but had no resolution. You have to ask for a microwave if you want one. There were several people at the waterpark without wristbands so it had me thinking did everyone pay to enter. The bed was nice lookong but uncomfortable

The pool was fine. As soon as we got to the lazy River someone threw up and they closed it down for the night. It has beautiful scenery but could be cheaper. And the air conditioner was broken. We had to move rooms. Not much a complaint it’s the season but as I said for the price they need to offer discounts if guests are experiencing hardships.

Location of the hotel.
It was a room with disability features; however, one of the shower fixtures in the roll-in bathroom was so tight it could hardly be turned. When reported to the front desk the response was blaze. Also, beeping defective smoke detector in room next door took 9 hours to get fixed.

Breakfast was good and included
Very expensive drinks at the facility, shower was not clean before our arrival, hairballs on the walls of the shower. Lots of deferred maintenance, no AC in elevators, at the pool the lazy river was super hot and murky. The pool and lazy river are missing many tiles. This used to be a nice hilton. Needs a refresh and update.

Very easy to find everything, property was very clean
Understandably very hot outside but felt like the rooms would not get cool

Floating down the lazy river with a pina coloda was the perfect end to a stressful day. the Hole in the Wall bar and restaurant was just perfect for me.
Noisy neighbors, rooms are not sound proofed very well

Room was nice. Pools were nice
1. Overcrowding of the water park. Selling to the public leaves the guest's suffering. Shouldn't have to "fight" with the public for space if I am a resort paying customer.
2. No one came to clean room, replace towels/amenities, we stayed 2 nights. Had to search for a maid.
3. No ice machine worked. Dribbled 1-2 pieces of ice every 5 minutes
4. Room was horribly hot, AC did not cool down room at all.

The pullout couch bed was actually comfortable. I liked that they had live music at the pool even tho it wasn't needed it was fun. Frozen drinks at the pool were good. Liked that they had water outside all over throughout the pool area, and it was cold.
I just felt like overall it was over priced. The rooms were ok and pretty clean, the food and drinks were over priced. There were so many people you could hardly find a place to sit in the pool. Not enough tubes at the pool, or maybe just too many people. Lots of nickel and diming going on. I thought I was getting a pretty good deal through booking, but after all the other fees tacked on it still ended up being about $600 for one night for 2 average rooms.

rooms were out dated

like the pool, lazy river
when book with booking.com the final price was 281.54, when check in hotel want $75.00 deposit and will return once check out. when our party check out the hotel charge 304.00, this was the first time that price quote in booking.com is not same as actual price. maybe booking should check with hotel of why the difference in price.

The pool with the lazy river is the best part .
Rooms were clean but a little out dated . Pool needs bigger tubes as they only had a few that most adults could fit in .

nothing
The facilities were so old on the inside, just the outside looked nice. Parking was horrible because it was shared with the water park. The water park was separate, which was not obvious from the description, and a lot of outside people were there. It was hard to get towels and room service because no one would answer the phone.

the location is great.
everything was overpriced. there aren’t enough food options. the the river pool was too crowded. an hour wait in line for food and an hour wait on top of that to get food is crazy

The amenity’s were great, lots of fun things to do on the property.

people smoking pot on the balcony below us and the smoke came into our room

Way too expensive for the old buildings and musty room. never answered my messages. overcharged when price was lower

The food at the one restaurant was good and the staff there were friendly and helpful.
Beds were comfortable
Too expensive for such an old place. Elevator didn't work and I was on the 4th floor. Requested a microwave before I left Virginia and never got one.
Not worth the money.

Kids enjoyed the spa pool and golf. .
It would have been nice to have the bar open in North pool. And the lack of food service was not good at all. The extra daily "resort" charge was out of line given the limited services. I stayed at the hotel some years ago - it is quite less than it was.
Much see above.
