struttura molto accogliente e con uno staff impeccabile. in particolare il direttore Mahmoud e il ragazzo della reception Shafi.

la posizione un po’ scomoda. nel senso che per raggiungere la vecchia Sharm e Naama bay ci vogliono 20/30 minuti di Taxi

Definitely recommend this hotel

The entire resort it's simply amazing! The food was quite good, the cleaning it's well done, special thanks to Mohamed the boy who cleaned our room and was always asking if need something. From the reception also everybody is very gentle and welcoming, many thanks to Kareem and mohamed hasanien and mahmoud frahat. And a big shout out for the Madina she s definitely the best entreteiner in the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The animation team it's a bit sad for my standard, not bad but they could put a little more effort. For sure the soul of the team it's Madina, she's a lovely girl with a lot of energy, talking to all the guests making sure everybody is having a good time. Her activities were always full of people and she was making everything really funny.

Settimana in totale relax e struttura che consiglierei vivamente

Posizione perfetta a ridosso della barriera e facile da visitare, possibilità di fare bagno anche a riva. Il resort è composto da tre grandi strutture tutte ben collegate ed usufruibili.

Per il bacino di utenza la palestra come l’area SPA sono limitate. La palestra con pochissimi mq e pochissimi attrezzi ed orari eccessivamente limitati (10-19) orari in cui solitamente si sta in spiaggia, e tra l’altro la palestra si trova all’interno di un salone di bellezza/SPA.

A beautiful place, lovely

Very well maintained and clean. The buildings, the plants, the trees, are all so beautiful. The sea access and facilities are great. The food is delicious.

We had a triple room, but got a standard room. In my view we had overpaid too. The price for 3 nights around 572 dollar, while we could get 2 standard rooms of at the time for 377 dollar. They wanted to put us in Garden hotel too, cheaper. I mean other hotels even give us room upgrade for free and here we get room downgrades for free. But once we got the standard room, beds were added to fit us well. So thats great. We got a room infront of the night theater show. Great, only to find out later that the theater is not open and other theater in nearby hotel will be used. The animation team are great, but the plan or budget they are given is below expectations. Adults show only half hour. Other resorts do a one hour show. Check in process was not smooth and stressful. They didnt let us play with the acuapark that actually belong to same hotel chain. Even if its their rules, its not a plus point to go here. Also eating at their restaurants was not a flexible choice. Taxi arranging at the end also not good. Not flexible, even after so much overpaid for the room they still wanted to hassle more for everything else. Changing money at the hotel, staff didnt car much if the machine wanted a lower bill, nobody helped us change the 100 dollar bill in a smaller piece so we could change money.

Was okay but would not chose again

Beds are comfy. Animation staff good. Food tasty but limited choice. Japanese and Italian restaurant very nice.

Lack of communication between reception and security gate. Long delays getting in and unfriendly security staff. Rooms are dated, need refurbishment. Not a great choice of food, quite repetitive. No cocktails available and very small plastic cups for beer etc. Wine only available in food halls. Air con slow to cool rooms. No fans in bar area, very humid area. Could do with buggys to move people about, long walk from main building to road, hence needing taxis to pick you up but always an issue with security.

Enjoyed our time at Charmillion Sealife

I was so nervous about the hotels before i go to Sharm .. but I had very good time in Charmillion Sea life. Starting from the day one, they have helped us as much as they can...especially the front desk manager and Mina ..thank you for your effort for our check in and check outs..it was so helpfull. Also the housekeeper Usama was so thoughtfull ..we loved his service and generosity ..we have arranged all our taxi needs from the limo servis inside the hotel ..thanks to Mohammed and Essam for their assistance. Food was good, animation team was funny ..thanks to Tuna ,they have played voleyball with us 😄

Just a little heads up about seaside.. beach is consist of the corals but we are going there to sea those colorful fishes anyway.. Only the waitress at the bar needs to check his manner..at the end we are there to have a good time not get stress..

A great vacation again from Sea Life Resort!

Is our 3rd time here and as everytime, we felt exceptional! Many thanks to everyone there, starting to Mr Emil, to Mr. M. Nabil for example, who where great and very careful with everybody there. We want to come back next year, just don't know yet the period:) I strongly recommend the Sea Life Resort for families and not only! :)

Overall pleasant stay, outside facilities and activities were more attractive than in-room ones.

Room was spacious, accommodated extra bed easily. Food was good. Staff were helpful. ability to dine in any of the group hotels was a nice advantage.

Furniture and room were dated. Bed was uncomfortable and mattress needs to be changed. Food was good but menu requires to be refreshed/updated more often, it became boring on long stay, same food everyday.

Very good

Very big and good-looking territory. Clean, a lot of blossom. Good hotel staff. Good a-la cart restaurants (Japanese, Fish ones especially). Nice sea with a lot of fish. Pretty god gym.

1. Meal in a main restaurant is below the middle taste/quality. Sometimes unsalted, sometimes unable to chew meat. Just enough to not die of hunger. 2. Animation. Very poor except 2-3 persons. 3. No internet on territory, even in spa or gym. That's shame.

Thanks to Mr Sharaf and all personnel, our stay was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Room and complex was clean. Staff was really good and happy.

Facilities for adults could be improved. Also internet could be more accessible throughout facility.

enjoyable stay with a lot facilities

the hotel is nice with very nice pool and pleasant beach. there’s wide variety of food that was served in the restaurant.

the bus that travel to neama bay travels from 10:00 and return 12:00 pm only 2 hours and in the morning there’s nothing to do. preferred to be at night.

The staff is very caring and nice, they helped us with everything. The place is beautiful and well maintained. We had a fun and pleasant vacation.

The beach is very shallow and there is no access to water of normal depth nearby. You have to walk a distance to the beach of the nearby hotel and enter through a jetty to enter the water at a good depth and watch the reef. In all kinds of small details you feel that the hotel is only 4 stars and not 5. Not every morning they came to clean our room and then they came later when it was no longer convenient for us. We ordered a package that on paper is "all inclusive", but in reality it doesn't include many things: a meal at the hotel's restaurants, a fruit shake, games, spa and more. In addition, we were disappointed that there was no possibility to buy a fresh fruit smoothie on the beach, as we really like in Sinai, but we had to walk a particularly long distance to the dining room, which took away our desire.

We liked the animators the most, we especially liked the animator Boda Dancer, He is generally the coolest gives 100% of his work. of course, we would like to have more discos that would take place. On the territory. Russian Russian music is more, because we are Russian-speaking, and so everything was fine. The bartenders are all friendly, all good. Great

It was an amazing stay. Everything was perfect, a perfect spot for snorkeling. They let us stay for free even after checkout. Inside the resort you will find everything, so you won't need to go outside. Shopping, gym, shisha, saloon. Highly recommended. Beautiful and super clean.

Nothing serious. But while chilling at the beach random service people will come again and again to sell, which is a little disturbing, Also asked for toothpaste which we didn't get :P :P
