The pools are big and clean, the water park slides are nice. The taxi service is excellent and within the market price with new and clean cars. The location is very good in the heart of Nema Bay.

The breakfast is boring and repeated every day. Check In takes a long time and I had to pay for additional charges for my kids. Very old furniture and the toilet is broken with leakage in the shower box. The room was not a five star hotel standard.

First, I booked an apartment, but it was stinking and the AC did not work. However, after complaining, I got a call from Engy, who is full of support, and we moved to a family room. as well as we had a nice housekeeper named Thomas, who was friendly and supported us during our stay.

The main restaurant should be more organized; there should be someone to guide the guest to the table. However, you need to find the table yourself. In a buffet, they use one handle for three different types of dessert, and you have to wait so long to get the handle. Overall, the hotel and facilities are amazing, but the restaurant services need to be improved.

Waste of money, I thought it is a five-star hotel as mentioned, but there are insects in the rooms (beetles, spider, ants) even on the upper floors, the bed is not in good condition and got broken, providing the towels with stains, Restaurants and food are poor, not for a five-star hotel, not even for 4 stars, no enough variety of food, the dessert section is not appealing, and fruits are not peeled properly, restaurant seniors don't smile, they don't check the guests if the food is ok, restaurant employee uniform is not clean and not in good condition. The staff is ignoring the guests. When you share your feedback with the employees/seniors they don't take them seriously, they will try to give you unconvincing excuses, they shut down the AC in the public areas telling you that it is under maintenance. They leave the luggage during the check-in and the check-out in the sun claiming that they don't have a luggage room. If the guests paid your rate, the guests are waiting for the service in return, you feel like the hotel is trying to save money which badly reflects in the service, food, pest control, etc.

Water park, bar staff, lifeguards and animation team - Could not be faulted.

Lack of water 3 out of 7 days. Lack of AC in public bathrooms. Lack of toilet roll in ALL public bathrooms until I complained to reception - it was like they had forgotten about the bathrooms until a complaint was made. I doubt we will visit again.

Hotel has a good location. Staff are helpful. Especially, Thanks to Abanoub and Harry. Aquapark is really good.

The staff was very slow to satisfy any request and most of them didn’t speak English. Swimming pool closes early (6pm). The resort is located far from every main sites.Apartment was not cleaned properly, one A/C was not working, we were 3 people but only 2 towels were provided.

the place is huge , a lot of things to do for the kids. the staff is great and always smiling .. wanted to say a spacial thank you the Miriam from the reception !! she was so nice , no matter what we had asked from her , she smiled and gave us what we needed .. would defiantly come back

Mariam the reciption manager was great and very helpfull, amgad from the bar was great, amar the chef restaurant waiter was great. Service in the hotel is very good, water slides are great for the kids. Nice hotel well orginazed good location. Nice gardens nice pools.

Hotel entrance drive way is under renovation. Rooms are little old and not well maintened, cleaning level is very low.

Maryam from the hotel staff welcomed us and gave us excellent service for every request and she was there. She is simply amazing. Water Park amazing!

Simple it was perfect, polite stuff specially madam Maryam in the relationship office was the surprise thing with her smile 😃 that makes the vacation perfect , good food amazing location so clean and shiny we will back soon.

All members of staff were really polite and helpful. grounds were kept very clean. food was amazing - a variety to choose from including live stations. A huge variety of deserts. Restaurant staff- so friendly especially the chefs. The two private beaches were beautiful. Honestly - would rate it as a 4* hotel - but this didn’t effect our stay in any way- we enjoyed ourselves.

a little worn down- doors are broken- need replacing- would benefit from new paint. the bathrooms in our room needed a deep clean - the wall tiles were dirty.

Its a must visit place... Everything was fantastic 👏. Staff, food and service was great. Especially Mr Said (front office manager) was so nice and co-operative. It was a comfortable experience... if I ever visit to Sharam again I ll definitely stay here....

Muhammad Salah was brilliant at front reception. He arranged a free late check out and was happy. Had a nice stay. Food was good and heated pool/entertainment was good.
