Perfect Vacation Home
Beautiful home. Home was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils
The dishes appeared to have been through the dishwasher however they were coated with what appeared to be dishwashing powder. We hand washed the dishes not a big deal. There is a pool but there should be a sign that it is available to visitors of this property. There is another pool up the road that we thought was the one to use but still not sure. Was told it was it was half mile away. Our schedule was super busy so we decided not to swim here and went to White Water instead. Beds were comfortable. Just wish there had been tv in all bed rooms. All in all a very nice home. Would stay again.

For the most part it was a nice facility. A few things could make it better.
1. Equip the kitchen better-Pots, Pans, skillets, crockpot,griddle would have been great
2. Tv in all bedrooms
3. Mattress is so hard
4. A bigger fan upstairs it got really warm up there.

Family Vacation
Great experience, wonderful office staff that helped when there was a water main break and no water to the unit on two separate occasions. There was some repairs that need to be made to the carpet in the master bedroom, great layout and wonderful family memories made.

Great weekend getaway
Had a great weekend stay. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Huge plus that we were able to bring our dog along. Would definitely return for a future visit to Branson!

Have stayed here multiple times and like the place. The one thing that has bugged us since the first time we stayed there is the floor. It creaks really bad in the master bedroom and living room. And the living room furniture could be updated. They sag some.

Pleasant Stay
My family of four so enjoyed our stay at this Tuscany Villa! The accommodations were just as pictured and promised. The location was within 2 exits and a few minutes of all the downtown action in Branson. The neighbors next door to us were pleasant and helpful as well. Great stay...will be back!

Golf Getaway
Property was a great location with plenty of space. Decor is very dated and the mattresses could use and upgrade. Property was clean and it was great to be able to pull into the garage.

Great Location plenty of space
The house was excellent and our group thoroughly enjoyed the property. The only issue was with the dishwasher, it didn't clean the items very well. Since we ate most meals at the house we had to hand clean a lot of things so that they could be reused.

Branson Friends Get Away
My friends and I have stayed in this neighborhood for the past 3 years for a summer weekend get away. We love this area and this neighborhood. This was our first time staying in this unit. Here are the things we liked: The open living room and kitchen area was great. We also liked the fact that the living room had several chairs/sofa so we could all sit in the room together to visit. The bedrooms were a good size and it was nice to have 2 1/2 bathrooms. The garage space was also nice to park. The things we feel could be improved: The furniture in the living room is way worn out and needs to be replaced. The loft area could get rid of those chairs and make room for 2 queen beds instead of 2 single beds. Lastly, which no fault of the owners, the full bath layouts being in both bedrooms was a bit awkward for those that did not stay in a bedroom. So again, the layout of the place is not the owners fault, just wanted to point that out for future renters.

Great trip
On the whole, a very good experience. Unit was very clean. Handle on the bathroom door was missing in the queen bedroom, and we had to go into the master bedroom closet to access the box for the living room TV every time we turned it on. Other than that, accommodations were very good.

Love Love Love
This is the 2nd year we have stayed here for our girls get away trip. Absolutely love this place. It is in a quiet neighborhood, the house is well furnished, clean and accommodating. You get a "Welcome" feeling when you step inside the door. We will definitely be staying here again. Plus the next door neighbors are amazing and very friendly!!!

Wonderful Home!
Very clean and well managed duplex. It was stocked with everything needed to cook and to do laundry with. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very nice and helpful as far as places to eat in the area. Would rent this house from Sunset Nightly Rentals again!

Spring Break in Branson
We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. It was a beautiful house, yet extremely comfortable. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in! Everything was spotless and our only complaint was the washing machine was not useable. The knob was missing so we were not able to turn it on. And, honestly, this was only a slight inconvenience. Overall, we had a fabulous experience at this location and, when I get back to Branson, I will try to stay here again!!!

home away from home
This place is really nice. looks just like to photos. they have stocked everything you might need. I chose a condo because my family has 5. hotel rooms just don't accommodate. this place had more than enough space. I had read reviews so I brought a tote filled with food. there is no convenient store. holister has a Walmart but, like everything, its a 20 minute drive. the driveway does have a wicked curb to drive over to park in the garage (it's to prevent flooding). no low riders... there is a large dog who lives in the 2nd side. we brought our dog so there was some significant barking at times. the neighborhood is a gated community. some people live there year round & others were visiting. the hills are crazy. good exercise. bring sneakers. the views are great & the setting is very relaxing. I would recommend staying here.

Hidden Gem
This property is a beauty! Just a couple miles from Branson in Hollister, but had easy access to highway and local shops. It was clean, well stocked, and just as the pictures represented. It is a 3 bd, 2.5 ba; however, I don't believe it is 2891 sq ft. This is a duplex and maybe that's including the adjacent unit. But there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The management company was great to work with and responded to emails within less than a day.We will definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant stay and great location
We loved the quiet of the secluded, yet easy to access, neighborhood. House was clean and we were able to park in the garage overnight, which was a plus. Our only complaints are that the water heater either needs repairs or is in desperate need of an upgrade as we never had enough hot water for more than two adults to shower at night. Also, the mattress in the downstairs guest room wasn't very comfortable and I had trouble sleeping because of it.

House was excellent. No problems with the house. Neighborhood is made up of a lot of older retired folks who did not seem to enjoy our presence. This took away from the experience.

Another great golf trip to Branson; we really like the property, close to the pool; golf courses close by; a nice redo of Branson Creek and pending rehab of Murder Rock. The deck on the unit needs to be stripped and restained or painted; and the outdoor charcoal grill has a huge hole in the bottom and should be replaced with something a lot sturdier, say a Weber. All in all, it is our favorite place to stay in Branson. We'll be back.
