Nestled in Hamilton, this attractive bed and breakfast for £70 per night is a great option for your next trip. Set on a private estate this guest wing with own entrance offers privacy in a tranquil picture postcard location. Only 3 minutes from State Highway 1, 5 minutes to The Base (New Zealand's largest shopping centre), restaurants, bars etc. Guests have exclusive use of their own lounge. The modern wet room has a high powered shower, bath and separate toilet. The french doors open on to your private yard which is flat and fully fenced. Less than 1 hour drive from Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton & Raglan. As we are a Bed and Breakfast a full extensive continental breakfast is included in the price. Due to Covid we are now setting up a breakfast tray in your Unit so you can help yourselves. For our company bookings we also offer an evening meal menu. Free WiFi available. Please Note: The unit has tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge but no kitchen facilities. Special conditions: Smoking allowed outside only. Extras: Cleaning (included); Linen (included);

Lovely clean and coat 1 bedroom apartment. Continental breakfast was a pleasant addition to stay. The personal touch that was added to the breakfast was cwry thoughtful and much appreciated. Kim was more than accommodating to our needs. Returning late on a cold night to discover heat pump has been turned on was just the icing on the cake. Would stay again and recommend to anyone wanttto book.

Kim made us feel very comfortable, she had yummy pastries waiting for us and the next day we returned to find gorgeous cupcakes. The accommodation was perfect, clean throughout, beds so comfortable and the country surroundings and veiws were lovely. Such a peacedul and quiet place to be, loved it, would gladly return again. Beautiful and clean, real life just like pictures on add (which is rare). Wonderful, caring and friendly hosts. Calm and relaxed scenery which I will visit any and every day and twice on a Sunday.

Wonderful hosts, amazing tidy and comfortable stay, lovely breakfast. Also was family friendly. Cost per night advertised is for 2 persons and not for the bach- additional persons over 2 is $30 extra per night per person.

We enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and expected as per the listing. The continental breakfast was great. We appreciated the homely touches e.g personally greeted and shown to our room, heater on and rooms warm on late night arrivals, lil treats. We would highly recommend and not hesitate to book again.
