If you are looking for a unique house with character for your next trip to Anaheim, you have found it! Instead of a cookie cutter generic house, you can make your next trip memorable with a completely unique Spanish styled home and really is walking to Disney. We are so close you can watch the fireworks. We are only a 7-10 minute walking to the Disney parking lot with a FREE TRAM Shuttle that takes you to the Disney main gate. Too many places say they are "walking distance", but that is only the case if you want to walk miles to get to the front gates, which is not realistic. We are literally across and down Walnut Street to get to Magic Way - a 7 to 10 minute walk that even 6 year olds can do. Our Spanish Style Compound has 3,106 square foot 2 story home on over 1/4th acre has 7 bedrooms and 5 full baths which is perfect for large groups to give you the amenities, space and privacy you need for a great vacation or business trip. There is wi-fi throughout the home. We recently installed a new Halo Water Filtration System in front of the home, and services the entire property. No need to go buy bottled water when staying here! You can enjoy your private pool & patio, 3 court yard areas, and 2 laundry rooms - 1 on each floor. There are 3 brand new washers and dryers on the main floor and an additional washer and dryer upstairs, so that you have easy access to the laundry on both floors. With a total of 4 washers and dryers, everyone can get your laundry done at the same time - no endless waiting for your turn to wash your clothes. And yes, free laundry soap and fabric softener is included. As an added feature, all paper products needed for your stay are included with your rental. While most others only provide the bare minimum, we provide as much as needed for your stay. We also provide liquid hand soap, dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, body soap bars, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and flat iron. At our home, you will enjoy luxury pillow top mattresses that are super comfortable, which are needed for a good night's sleep when you have full days planned. There are 5 full bathrooms, all with walk-in showers, so that there is no need to wait for your turn for a shower. We have 3 on-demand tankless water heaters, so that you will never run out of hot water, whether you are the first or 17th person in line. All the bathrooms have motion sensor lights - no fumbling to find the light in the middle of the night. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook for a large group. The refrigerator includes an ice maker. There is a filtered water system (this is really needed in Anaheim), a rice maker, a steamer, coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster, and the list goes on. Looking for slow cooker? We have 3 of them for your use. Get an urge to make muffins? Muffin tins are provided. Want to heat pizzas? We have pizza trays. In addition, we have freezer bags, sandwich bags, aluminum foil, wax paper and saran wrap ready for your use. You have a wide selection of spices in you want to spice things up. There is a LARGE living room (500 square feet) to let your party spread out. The living is big enough that it has been divided into 2 living areas - one that overlooks your gas fireplace and TV, and a second one that overlooks the pool and patio with its separate flat screen TV for your use. There is a selection of board games and books if you want some quality time together. For younger families, offer at no charge 2 pack and plays, 1 traditional crib with new coil spring mattress, 3 large strollers with shade umbrellas, 5 fold up strollers, and 3 baby high chairs. Your private pool and patio has lots of lounge chairs with new cushions and patio chairs and tables to enjoy the California weather. There is a variety of pool toys and even lifejackets to maximize your pool enjoyment. The house boasts 7 bedrooms with a total of 11 beds - 3 queen, 3 double and 5 single beds. There is air conditioning units throughout the house, including a unit in every bedroom. The patio has a huge BBQ to meet your hamburger, hot dog and steak grilling needs. We also have an optional HOT TUB that is completely sanitized and filled with fresh water just prior to your arrival, which is great to soak away your aches after being on your feet in Disney on in a trade show in the Anaheim Convention Centre all day. The Property Manager is available to answer questions and respond to any concerns that might arise. If you have any issues, you may text him 24 hours a day to address them. We also offer the option of mid-stay or daily cleaning, so you can home from a long day to a clean, fresh home, which makes every vacation that much more relaxing. This property has a long time Property Caretaker. Sometimes the Owner of the Property may be there to assist him. Also, we have the right to fix emergency problem situations that may come up. Location is awesome, close to Disney/Convention Center and great evening view of the fireworks from Disney.
The house has a lot of tile, which for an adult group was fine, but I'd be a little worried if there were little ones. The rooms were all comfortable and all the amenities you'd hope for in such a rental were provided, included room for parking two cars and a street parking pass. There is a caretaker suite in the garage/which has its own/separate entrance and doesn't connect into the house. Didn't see or hear during our stay, but usually my VRBO experience does not have someone staying at the property. Very happy with accommodations, though price point was a little high compared to previous rentals of a similar size and location. Didn't use pool or spa, but nice outside area.

The whole process from booking to arriving was flawless. The exterior of the home looks per the picture. It is a 1.5 mile walk into the park itself so that adds 3 miles per day if you don’t go home midday, to the day. We walked 11-13 miles per day! Phew.
The home interior was very clean. Spanish eclectic style with almost every color and pattern imaginable. A mix of furniture. Lots of beds which was key for our stay with the 12 of us. Anaheim has major rules on quiet until 9am and after 9pm which must be followed. No problem for us in the winter. Just know this is a very old house (70+). . The kitchen has plenty of varied dishes and two refrigerators. It is definitely a rental for crowds. Two sleeping areas, one up with 3 bedrooms and an older washer & dryer and one down with four bedrooms. The downstairs washer-dryer is outside in a small room they created in back of the garage. One of the two dryers wasn’t working. The caretaker lives in the converted garage. We only saw him when we checked in. There was a problem with a water heater they had to replace so they heated the spa up for us for free , which was very nice, although it needed the chemicals balanced.
The people were wonderful. But staying at a less expensive, newer-nicer home further away and driving/paying the $35/day for parking may be a better idea.

Location awesome. However, dishwasher, 2 dryers and 1 washer did not work. The smell of mildew was so strong and coming from under the sink in the kitchen. Windows were difficult to open and no screens. Needs a thorough deep cleaning. I loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place but not well maintained. The loose tile on the steps were tricky.

Within walking distance of Disneyland. Lots of sleeping space. We were not fans of the window AC units which set off everyone's sinuses. The units ran constantly when on.

The property is accurately described in the listing. I would mention that there is no central air and some of the windows do not have screens. It is a very dated house and the price was quite high for this old of a house. The owners were easy to work with and should we have needed them they were on site. It worked for our large crowd but was kindof an odd older home. One bathroom smelled of sewer that was off the kitchen.

We stayed for 3 nights. We had a school group with 17 guests total. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the pool. The house has a bright and colorful decor. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Great location not far from Disney.

Richard is a wonderful host! And he has some wonderful stories! I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with him a few short times.
We could walk to the Disney parking garage in about 10 minutes, and catch the tram to and from the park. A nice bridge by the parking garage to cross the busy street.
The pool and hot tub were great and a favorite of the kids! Noodles and life jackets worked well.
It was nice to have strollers to use (they have several!) and all things for the baby - High Chair, crib, pack n play, etc.
The abundance of towels - and they wash them for you each day- was amazing. All the toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap for all the bathrooms were provided!
Our whole family commented on how soft the beds are. The bathrooms were plenty for our large group. Small showers in most but one shower is large enough to shower several kids at the same time - really unique step down shower!
The pictures make it hard to imagine the layout of this house, but it is truly very comfortable and great for a large group. We could see parts of the fireworks from the patio and living room with its full wall of windows.
Richard has thought of everything and is very detail oriented with the supplies he provides.

We celebrated our parents' 50th anniversary and took the grandkids to Disney. We had a full house! There were plenty of toiletries, supplies, towels, kitchenware, along with nice touches like pool toys, games, etc. Spotty internet, as a heads up, but I believe the owner is remedying that for the next guests. We didn't mind so much that we couldn't easily access television. Owner is readily available and tends to the upkeep daily, which is nice because we saw him every day for any request we had. We intend to rebook every year because it perfectly suits our extended family needs.

This property is everything as stated and more. If you are looking for a place to host a large group with children, this is it. The house reminds us of Casita from the movie Encanto. Lots of places to play hide and seek. Hot tub and pool were great. I truly interesting house. Lots of room and the host was great. Close to Disneyland, walked there every day.

We loved that we were so close to Disneyland and could see the fireworks from the pool area. Having a pool and spa was nice for a relaxing evening after a day at Disneyland. Kitchen was fully stocked, so was able to cook home cooked meals instead of having to eat out all the time.

We travelled to Anaheim with 17 family members all ranging from 50+ to babies. The listing housed all of us with ease. Lots of room to spread out and for the kids to play. Location is the key to this property, you are one street over from downtown Disney. A 20 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland/California Adventure. The house itself is clean and the layout works well with multiple families. The pool and hot tub were nice. Everything was supplied that we needed .. crib, stroller, umbrellas, life jackets. Nice neighbourhood, we had a very pleasant stay.

This house is huge and amazing. We had so much fun looking at the different art, furniture and surprise nooks in the house! And it is well stocked! Lots of towels and kitchen tools - one of our group forgot shampoo - NO PROBLEM - another of our group forgot a curling iron - again NO PROBLEM! Very easy walk to Disneyland’s parking garage for tram or to Downtown Disney (10 heading out a probably closer to 20 after the ling day of fun 😜).
So many bed and bathrooms, huge living room - was perfect for our group of 10 to socialize or spread out. We had a great time - Richard was a fantastic host. Thank you!

Charming, colorful, totally fun home. Equipped with everything you need for young ones, including toys! Pool and Jacuzzi were great! Owner was helpful and a kind and lovely man - we enjoyed speaking with him. We were a family of 8 adults and 4 young children and we fit easily into then home with room to spare. We will book again in a few years! Highly recommend!

We had 15 people for our family’s vacation and this house fit us perfectly! There is plenty of room to move around freely and stay out of each other’s way when needed as well as lots of areas to get together as a family and have meals. The location could not be better! About a 15 minute walk to Disney which was perfect! Our only complaint was the listing made it sound like the renovations were spectacular and this was being turned into a renovated home. There was moldings that weren’t finished and just left, paint that was not finished and left, it just didn’t feel done and we didn’t feel this ‘renovation’ was as good as described. BUT that did not hinder our stay at all. They come and clean the pool and BBQ everyday, washed our towels. The owner of the house is very nice and attentive. It was a great experience and would highly recommend for any family reunion.

Met our needs
Richard, the owner, is helpful and very considerate. The property description is a little misleading, Bedrooms are small. “Screens” in bedrooms are, too. The entire property is dated. That being said, it met our needs. It was clean. The pool is nice. Laundry facilities are, too. The walk to Downtown Disney is 20 minutes. It works for 17 occupants.

We were looking to rent a place close to Disneyland for a family get-together for 10 people. Since this property was so close to the parks, and slept up to 17, we decided to rent it. We were glad we did. The house was very roomy and clean. The kitchen was very nice, which we used often since we ate so many meals in. The good-sized dining room table was perfect for eating together. Jodin was great, the towel service he managed worked out perfectly. The walk to Disneyland was nice, even with some walks back to the house being after the midnight park closing and with tired legs.
Three small things I feel I should mention for others wanting to rent this house, which did not change the 5 star rating we gave this house: 1) The window AC units had a hard time keeping the house cool enough. We went in mid June, and the temperature on some of our days was hotter than normal. 2) Some of the tiles on the stairs leading upstairs were loose. We were very careful not to damage them further or to fall ourselves. This could be a safety concern for someone who doesn’t have full mobility. 3) We did not use the option to get the pool heated daily. The water was cooler than we expected for mid June. We felt the ~$425-ish heating charge was excessive for a week’s stay when we considered it at the time we made our reservation.
All in all, we had a very memorable stay. If we come back to Anaheim for a similar trip, this house would be our first choice for sure.

Fun Family Time!
This home has character. We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the size of the home especially with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Our family had a wonderful time together! The host was very nice and attentive to any questions or concerns we had. The location was close enough to walk to Disney which was a definite plus! We enjoyed the walk and the flexibility of walking.

Just enjoyable!
It was so great to be so close to Disneyland. We paid to heat the pool and jacuzzi which I’ve done before. This is the first time it was warm enough! The house has such personality. And great communication throughout as well as easy checkout.

If the Disney Tram was working, this would have been the perfect weekend. The whole rental process was easy and the host was available when we needed him.
The house is older but comfortable. The pool and spa areas are awesome.... you do pay extra to heat them.
We had four cars and were able to squeeze three of them in the driveway and one on the street with the permit the house provided.
When the Disney Tram is running it's only a 10 minute walk.
The price was seemed high but when you figure the cost of renting 7 hotel/motel rooms for 3 nights and eating out every meal, it really is worth it. PLUS you can't replace the quality time you spend with family in a huge living room.

We had 16 guests ranging from 9 months to 84 years old. The house was great. It accommodated all of our needs with no issues. Richard is a wonderful host and has the needs of his guests completely in mind, house is clean, organized, next to Disneyland and has everything you might need.
