Enjoy the Ocean breeze on the multiple balconies or while you are relaxing at the pool in the brick paved Courtyard. The Pool, Courtyard is fenced and landscaped for privacy. Enter the fully furnished and decorated Ocean View Tower through glass doors that open upon the expansive Great Room of this unique vacation spot. Elegant hardwood floors and elevated wood ceilings adorn both levels of this Ocean View Tower. The kitchen provides both a gourmet cooking area and seating for eight at the pub table and 4 at dining table. Multiple sofas and comfortable chairs for relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings that this secluded dwelling has to offer. The main level contains the queen size bedroom plus a full bath along with two sofa sleepers for four in the great room. The upper level can sleep 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, one with a great oveanview! The french doors on the upper level lead out to a private balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and feel its cool breeze or you can soak up the sun for your Florida tan and at the same time take in the fabulous ocean view. This house offers a maximum accommodation of twelve people. Beach access is just steps from your front door. Bring a towel and chair for a day on the beach. Splash in the surf or take a short walk on the beach to the famous cocoa beach pier where you can listen to music, have a drink, eat at one of the restaurants or just enjoy the fun at the pier. Beach awesomeness!
What an incredible vacation spot! The house is amazing- great space that fit two families easily. It is a short walk to a beautiful, non crowded beach. You do share a pool with the other house but our schedules seemed to work it that we would have the area to ourselves.
The washer and dryer are a blessing- kids and sand meant washing often!
Cocoa Beach is a relaxed area- we rented bikes and rode to ice cream and shopping. The husbands loved the local bar at the end of the block. The provided towels and beach toys were such a benefit!
Fish lips is a great restaurant for fresh seafood- we 100% recommend.
The house is amazing, and working with the rental team was easy and had good communication. Covered patio was awesome for storm watching! Zero complaints- we loved all of it!

Our stay coincided perfectly with the rocket launch schedule...not one but two night launches! Charming house with plenty of elbow room for our family of ten. Ocean water was perfect for boogie boarding and wading. Good times!

We had the property to ourselves as no one was staying in the house that shares the pool. It's just a short walk to the beach! We also enjoyed the time on the balcony watching the sunrise and waves. Location was great which is why we choose this house. Everyone had a blast. The only thing two things i would say if your going to stay here is that the pool is shared with the other house across from us. Second, is the stairs going to the second floor are extremely dangerous especially if you have children. Otherwise we had an amazing time.

Dont pass this gem up!
This place was simple, affordable, EXCELLENT location, great manager (we arrived late so he went and turned on the outside lights for us!), the decks are great and so close to the beach! There are several steps, if that would be difficult for you, but otherwise great location! Highly recommend!

Loved this house!
House was clean and just as pictured/described. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teens. The beach access is basically at the house, making it easy to run back to the house for snacks. The beach was huge and not crowded. The heated pool was a great way to finish up our days.

No Pool Heat
The house was very comfortable. We liked the open floor plan. Location was good, beach was just a few steps away. It’s a private beach, which was nice given the pandemic.
While the listing shows pool is heated, the water was too cold to swim in the entire time we were there. It’s passive heat, via solar power. So, if temps drop and cloudy days, the water doesn’t get heated. This was a big disappointment to us given this amenity was a deciding factor to rent the house.
Because the stairs to the upper floor are spiral, a large suitcase is problematic. Best to pack smaller bags. That stairwell is the only access to that level. Also that level has no bedroom door, lacking privacy.
It was good stay, just wish we had pool heat.

Perfect Getaway

Mini Vacation
This house is great. It was clean and had everything that you need for your stay. Anytime you have a question they respond back quickly with an answer. We will definitely stay here again.

Beachside Escape
We needed to find somewhere private where we can have a safe vacation. This home was perfect. Very comfortable for our family. Property right on the beach. Although the beach is open to the public, it has a very private feel. Even at it's busiest it was very relaxing.

Amazing beach getaway
Everything about this place was perfect for our group of 10! Other reviews talk about the pool being small & shared however it was great and found no issue with the size and the fact it is shared with the other property! We loved it. The house itself was configured just right for our group of 10. Kitchen had all of the gadgets you need to cook. Bathrooms were roomy, beds were comfy! Owner was very accommodating and we will be future customers! Thank you so much!

Absolute quiet paradise on the beach!!!
Only thing I didn’t like was sharing a pool with neighbors. Our 4 kids and their 4 kids in such a small pool isn’t ideal at all. And the tiny spiral staircase I wish there was another way to go upstairs. Other than that it was very accommodating and clean! The view from the balcony every morning was just breath taking! The kids had a blast!

Perfect Property If You Love The Beach!
This property is on the ocean and ant get any closer to the ocean. Pool area was great and there is a shower to rinse the sand off before going back the house. The view and ocean breeze is incredible from the upper deck. House had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, super clean and cozy. We have already booked directly with Rob at Sea & Sun Realty for next year and saved a little money. Highly recommended.

Relaxing/effortless
My wife and I really enjoyed both the beach and the pool. We would get up early and watch the beautiful Sunrise while sitting on the upper deck, drinking a morning cup of coffee. The house was set up very well, the kitchen was roomy and the island in the middle was to die for. Bathrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. The owner had some helpful hints for dinning out but he forgot one.... PLEASE try FISH-LIPS near the cruise ship dock... the food was 5 star...so was the service. We will be back...please keep a look out for little sea turtles....we found one and took him to the wildlife resource center.... It was exhausted from the long trip towards the water....but he will make it now with a little help from his friends. Enjoy your stay and We are planning our next trip now....Thanks for making this a great vacation.

Blue Beach House on Cocoa Beach
We had a great week stay with a beautiful beach view. It does take some effort to utilize all of the house. There is 18 steps straight up to the main floor. Then to get to the master bedroom, it requires a 14 step small circular staircase; it is beautiful though. The master bedroom does not have privacy; the 2nd floor is open on that floor and to the main floor. The best floor to view the beach is the master floor; it is covered and a wonderful place to relax. I wish the main floor had a covered outside area as well.
The pool is small, but clean and wonderful with an outside shower. There is also availability to horse shoes.
And... you are a short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. We would have no problem with returning to this property. The other property, sharing the pool, is much more private (separate bedrooms) and easier for all to access (fewer steps).

Beach bum paradise
This house was in the most perfect location for a bunch of hardworking snow birds who just wanted to thaw in the sun for a few days. Basically this house comes with a private piece of beach which you really can't put a price on. I will say after long days of beaching or sight seeing, we all agreed the beds we flopped into at night could have been way more comfortable. Like.....ouch. Otherwise, communication with the homeowner was simple and friendly and we would overall recommend it!

Can't wait to book again next year! The house was great, the beach access was great and the manager was great to work with! The tower view for morning coffee and sunrise was wonderful too!

Perfectly located, lovely home away from home!
We loved staying here! Being able to walk right out to the beach, then pop back to the house for lunch and a dip in the pool was the exact get away we were looking for. We loved that we were in a quiet, more residential area, while close enough to walk along the beach to check out Cocoa Beach Pier. Excellent downtown restaurants were an easy 10 minute drive, while Publix was just down the street so we could make our own meals in the great kitchen. The owner was immediately responsive to questions, and also went above and beyond, by shipping a forgotten suitcase home to us next day! Renters should know that this part of the beach does not have lifeguards - but even during the off season, we were never completely alone on the beach and felt very safe.

An Awesome Week at the Beach
There were 6 of us ranging in age 7 to 75 and we all had a blast. The house was perfect for our needs and the stretch of beach was beautiful. We loved spending the day on the beach, coming back to the house and showering off in the outdoor shower, grabbing something to eat and heading back out to the beach. When we needed a break from the sand and saltwater we'd just hang out in the pool. It was nice to be close to so many restaurants and shopping and the theme parks and Kennedy Space Center were just a short drive away. Only a few minor things made this less than 5 stars, I'd give it 4.5 if that were an option. We will definitely be back!

Felt like home!
We had a great family vacation located in the best, little beach town. I couldn't believe our view of the space launch from our balcony either. This home provided everything we could ever need. It was so much better and CHEAPER than any hotel we've previously stayed at for a week. Our own pool, beach access and privacy was well worth it! We felt like we were at home. A truly exceptional vacation with finding this lovely beach home.

Great Location and Relaxing
This house is how you imagine a beach house. It has the right size, privacy and everything what you need is inside. The best part of the house is the location on this awesome and perfect beach. Every morning you will love sitting on the deck planning your day or walking the beach. It was the best decision to stay here. Next time we will bring the entire family for a reunion on the beach.

Fantastic Summer Getaway
We had a wonderful time! 5 of us stayed and it was more than enough room. The kids and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening to watch the sun rise and set. The view was fantastic! The house was excellent, comfortable, inviting, a home away from home! The kids were excited about being so close to the beach. I enjoyed the shower by the pool to wash the sand off the kiddos, makes mommy life a little easier. Anything and everything you could need or want in a vacation rental! We had the best time and will book every time we vacation at Cocoa Beach!

Great rental!
This was a great house for our family vacation. Cocoa Beach pier was just a quick walk down the beach but the area by the house was very quiet. The house is clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to get away!
