The property was wonderful, super location, really comfortable, stylish and well equipped. The host was lovely; super helpful with local hints and tips as well as a welcome bottle of wine. And the views from the front bedrooms were gorgeous. Watching the sunset each evening was a real joy. Absolutely loved our stay.
The only tiny niggle was that I couldn't find an iron and ironing board. Absolutely not a deal breaker though, but I probably wasn't looking properly. Parking was also a challenge. There was an option of parking on the street, but it was packed so we used a car park which was silly expensive.

owner sent good info on how to locate the property and where to park.
small bathroom through kitchen, cramped bedrooms all upstairs. sloping floors.
heating was not on, tv almost impossible to get functioning. no on-site parking.

Fantastic location, lovely and quiet but still very easy access to the beach and centre of Whitstable. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful extras. Great sea views from the two double bedrooms. Lovely private garden.
The stairs are very steep. The third bedroom is much smaller with no view.

Cosy, great location, all the essentials one needs for a great stay. Really appreciated how they had all the cleaning materials, pots and pans, pillows etc…you could need and more so we didn’t have to bring anything with us. Makes it more homely.
Only slight issue we had was heating. On our second night it didn’t come on and we were freezing due to the storm winds. Bad timing really! We just were waiting for it to come on as it did the first night but once we turned it on in the early hours it warmed up quickly. Also a side note saying the bathroom is on the ground floor only would help as a deciding factor too.

I liked everything about the cottage, sea views from 2 rooms, 2 seconds out the gate and your on the beach.
There was nothing we didn't like 😃This is an excellent cottage! Everything you could want is there. Really appreciated the milk and the wine. David was quick to respond to any enquiries. The cottage was absolutely spotless and so comfortable didn't really want to leave, the beds are very comfortable and I would really recommend this cottage to anyone. Parking was easy on Nelson road.

Perfect location right beside the seafront - amazing views from the bedrooms
Garden at front of the house was perfect for sitting out in and a real suntrap
The toilet did not seem to flush away the loo roll so a few times we had to pour water down the toilet to clear it

The location was amazing, right on the water. The cottage itself was lovely and nicely kept. It was completely perfect for a long weekend with friends! I would definitely go back.

There was no parking on Nelson Road so we had to use the closest car park - for 2 vehicles cost £60ish per vehicle for the 3 days

Lovely cottage, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great, very close to the beach and nearby amenities. Hosts very attentive and helpful and gave lots of useful tips.
Parking was a bit tricky, free parking on nearby side road but was very busy (possibly due to it being a bank holiday weekend).
