It’s advertising with a balcony but it’s not a balcony it’s like a lift shaft

location is perfect and free parking just in front.

tiny bathroom, cluttered with old furniture and beds - more beds than we needed so no way to use sitting. No hot water in the morning but landlady eventually sorted it out just before we left. The entrance was being renovated with rickety wooden ramps and no lift (although only 1st floor so not really necessary but for people who find stairs difficult no good).
