We rented two condos, they were perfect for our group. The neighborhood pools are warm and nice, we used the kayaks which was very fun. Good location close to Big Pine, love the balconies and walking distance to Kiki’s.

This was the perfect vacation spot.
Beautiful townhouses overlooking the water, with full kitchens.
The kids were happy swimming in pool, and fishing off the dock.
There is so much to do on the property - kayaking, games for the kids, a gym, a bar in walking distance.
This is the perfect vacation spot for families.

The property was great. Good location and neighbors. Close to grocery store, shopping and dive shop. The 2 condos were great for our family of 11. Grilled out one night & enjoyed Kiki’s Sand Bar just a few steps away. If we get back to the Keys, this is the first we will try to book.

We enjoyed the beautiful adjacent homes that accomodated our families. A short drive away to the main island of Key West, Little Torch Key was a great spot to get away. The accomodations at the facility were great. Neighbors were very friendly and offered great advice on eateries. Would love to come back again!

We had a great time! The pool and closeness of Kiki's Sandbar was awesome! We really enjoyed our time here. We were a group of 9 and two townhouses close to each other was perfect! I would absolutely stay here again.

We found the property easy enough online and had everything booked within 20 minutes. Location was spot on. Right on the water with great balcony views. Both condos were clean and set up nicely. Bill and Greg live in the complex and did a great job answering questions and helping when needed. I would highly recommend this vacation rental and we are all looking at future dates to come back down.

Perfect area to have several activities set up. Kiki's next door was a real plus to be able to walk back and forth. 5 adults & 6 20 somethings, a little tighter than we would have liked with gathering for meals in one condo but an outstanding trip.

Our family had the best time at this property. Brought our boat. Great restaurant next door. Beautiful scenery. Will stay here again.

One of the townhouses, the water pressure in the master room was horrible. numerous door could barely close and the handles were about to come off. the towel rack in the master was barely screwed into the wall. the other townhouse the water pressure was great but had trouble cooling the townhouse down as the ac didnt work very well. The describtion made it seem like the townhouses had their own pool, but when we got there the photo is of the adult pool and the other pool was a community pool. Otherwise the place was great, as soon as we went to bbq a gentleman came out to make sure there was plenty of gas for us. i did have to spend 15 minutes cleaning the grill as it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks, alot of grease piled up on entire grill and food burnt on the grill as well as the plates below had built up food and grease which lead to a couple bursts of flames while trying to cook.
