Would def stay again when visiting Jim Thorpe!

This apartment was the perfect spot for my wife and I for a short weekend getaway. It was very clean and a great location just a minute of walking outside of main downtown Jim Thorpe. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Thanks Jeff and Chad!

This was the perfect stay. We went for our annual anniversary trip. We live only one hour from Jim Thorpe but have never visited. These accommodation was so clean and neat. Prior to our trip we received so much information from the property owner on things to do, where to eat, even marked off the things that were within walking distance or you had to drive. Which was fantastic because we only wanted to do things within walking distance. The great part is the location. It is within walking distance to most attractions, restaurants, activities such as train, trails, stream, museums, bands, etc. But it is not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and noise. So after a night out we walked back to our place and sat outside with some drinks in this gorgeous garden area. We are already planning on our next stay.

Great location and very clean and comfortable

This was my first visit to PA, I drove my son and three of this friends to Woodward to participate in the skateboarding camp. I was looking for a location with a little character to stay and work for the week and I stumbled upon Jim Thorpe in my search and went for it! Loved being surrounded by history and was pleasantly surprised by the great restaurant selections in the area. Jeffrey did an excellent job of communicating and everything was super easy! This was my first solo VRBO experience and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much!

My husband and I had a wonderful time while in Jim Thorpe. This is largely due to the comfortable accommodations and the incredibly helpful property owner. We travel pretty frequently, but I would say the communication for this trip was second to none. Prior to the trip, he reached out with helpful information about restaurants and things to do. This helped us look ahead and research the area and places we didn't want to miss. There was also information about the bike trail, which was truly appreciated, as that was the focus of our trip. The day we arrived, the owner helped us secure an alternative parking spot due to the size of the truck we needed to park, and it was fabulous and very close to the property. The area that they have created around the home was truly magical and we enjoyed walking around the area behind the house. The cleanliness of the home, the kindness and thoughtfulness of the owner, and the location in Jim Thorpe would encourage us to return time and time again. Thank you!

The whole complex was very nice. The parking situation can be a little cramped but compared to the rest of the town it’s pretty good. The room was very clean when we got there and there was little to no noise pollution. 10/10

This was a wonderful stay in a wonderful town. And a beautiful town. My only regret is that I wish I could have seen the place in the bloom of late spring. The accommodations were superb, the managers were informative and respectful. I honestly have no complaints at all. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We absolutely loved the High St Inn. The apartment was very clean and felt like home for the few days we were there. Walking distance to everything, a lot of fun stuff to do around town. Will definitely have to come out here again

Really enjoyed our stay. Unique and beautiful suite with great art and gorgeous furniture. The soaps were handmade and smelled incredible, everything was impeccably clean, and bedroom was comfortable and inviting. Kitchen was well stocked for dining in and the location was just perfect.

This was PERFECT!! Chad was AWESOME, HELPFUL & FRIENDLY!! I’m definitely returning!!

This was a great clean space! Perfect quiet location across from the jail and in walking distance to everything. We brought our bikes and rode the train, Ran along the trails to the lake, ate great food. All without using the car for the weekend. Chad the innkeeper was a perfect resource for things to do !

Super clean, super comfortable, super convenient. Had a small problem (not owners fault) and they came within a minute!! Also they helped me fix my bike rack which they did not have to at all!!! Super friendly awesome people! And a great home to go with it! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone!!!! :)

Stayed here as a surprise bday trip for my partner. We spent the days skiing at blue mt (just 30 min away!) and then cozied up in Jim Thorpe. Jeff was amazing and gave us a long list of recommendations of where to eat, get coffee, get drinks and pick up groceries. The apartment had all your basic necessities for cooking (oil, seasonings, even plastic and aluminum wrap) as well as fully stocked with dinner ware and pots and pan. Everything was extremely clean and the bed was insanely comfortable. Probably some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Jeff was easy to reach although we didn’t have any need for help during our stay! Jim Thorpe was a great town with lots of fun stuff to do, even during shut down. We visiting molly maguires and they had great heat lamps and food an drink. Definitely recommend to other skiers or people looking to get out of the city for a weekend.

We stayed the weekend before Christmas and had the absolute best time. The apartment was clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas, which was a great surprise! Likewise, Jim Thorpe was beautiful, it was like stepping onto the set of a Hallmark movie. It was too cold and snowy to go hiking during our stay, so we ended up staying inside more than we had planned to. Thank goodness we had such a great apartment to stay in! Loaded Roku for streaming movies, a cozy fireplace, and a well eqipped kitchen made us feel right at home! Short, easy walk to the town shops & the property managers sent us lots of recommendations for what the beautiful area has to offer! Can't wait to return here this summer.
