We loved our stay! Everything was as listed and met all of our expectations. Quiet and peaceful with a nice view of the lake from our upstairs deck. House had literally everything we needed! Very clean and comfortable. Deer were all around the property and it was great for early morning walks with our dog. It was super hot while here but the house stayed very comfortable throughout the 109 avg temps! Highly recommend this place. Close to everything we needed. Owner was fantastic and left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us! This was well appreciated after our 4hr drive in! Went to Bluebonnet Cafe, of course, also tried Bear King Brewery which was awesome! I recommend the Texas Poutine! Also enjoyed Kynda Coffee, right up the street. Had a great time and will return.

The property was very clean, comfortable and perfect for a weekend away with my mom. The deck has great views of the lake and the property is close to a lot of restaurants. we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house, pool, proximity to the HSB Resort! Beds were wonderful, the place stayed nice and cool during the hot temperatures !! The host has a few spices, and creamer for the coffee that was also provided. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home overlooking Lake LBJ.
One upstairs bedroom had a large deck and seating area.
Deer were all around.
It was convenient to downtown Marble Falls.
But it also had the feel of being remote.
The home was well appointed.
Clearly the owner took a lot of time and effort decorating.

The property is exactly as advertised & more. All the little things made the difference- shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms, quality toilet paper with back-ups, all the things you need to cook, great towels, bed and linens. Extra blankets.
The communication through out the set-up time and for checking was perfect. All the codes, restaurant recommendations,
The best part...it is amazingly quiet. We were able to relax and unwind. The birds were calling, the deer wander around and, at night, were watched the stars above and the boats on the water.
We came home refreshed.

Very relaxing week-end in the hill country
The condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It was a great place for a sister week-end. After spending a day in Fredericksburg, we couldn't wait to get back to spend the evening on the lovely deck with great views of Lake LBJ. I would definitely stay again in this lovely home - but for a much longer visit!

We enjoyed our month long stay. The townhouse is spacious and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the upstairs balconies (both front and back). Hosts were very nice and helpful. Beautiful view every morning from the bedroom.

I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony and enjoyed drinking coffee and seeing deer roam in the morning from the patio. The townhome was easy to find and close enough to things to do and eat in Marble Falls. Having WiFi and tv/movie channels was great too. I will recommend the house to my friends.

Spotless home with every need at your finger tips. The owner will provide tips from local dining to grocery locations, their kindness will not be surpassed. Two master bedrooms, each with full bath and a HUGH second level patio deck to view a starlit sky or marina lighted to perfection. Lower level living room, dining table, 1/2 bath and Kitchen decorated as a lake home in full Texas Style. A backyard with Deer grazing in a woodland park with pool. This lower level extends with furnished patio for indoor or outdoor dining. The property is minutes away from LBJ Lake allowing privacy and quiet nights. This home is not to be missed in your search for beauty inside and outside the home. We are forever grateful for having the opportunity to stay awhile.

Delighted dozen days
After a busy summer keeping grand“adults”, grand”teens”, grandchildren and grand”dogs”, the dozen days at Sue’s place is what we needed to rest, recover and reconnect. The views, the deer and the location were great. We hope to return next year.

We loved the balconies, the many pillow and blanket options, and the comfortable couches and beds. We saw bright stars at night and deer wandering around during the day. We rented a boat and enjoyed being out on the lake. The condo was a beautiful place to unwind and focus on each other. Sue was so clear on all the details and made us feel so welcome.
