I was a patient at Mayo Clinic, I traveled with my husband and mother. This house was ideal size, ideal location, easily accessed and the garage provided an extra safety luxury. I wished we could have continued our stay, but I wasn't surprised Dan had new tenants coming in soon. There are a variety of stairs, so that definitely should be taken into consideration but he clearly states that. We appreciate the "pay it forward pantry" What you don't use you leave for the next, it's a gracious and fantastic feature. Thank you for making a hard trip a little easier. Lastly.....of you like coffee or fruit smoothies....Try MOKA right down the road!

Close to Slatterly Park which was very nice. There is a nice walking path through the park. Owner, Dan, was very nice to work with. His responses to our requests were very timely. We stayed a month during my husband's treatments at Mayo and location was very close to Mayo. House is on a very busy street and many sirens throughout the whole day. Neighbors were very friendly.

This is a very nice & clean house that worked well for our stay during our daughter's six weeks of radiation treatment. Dan (the owner) was awesome to work with & always made sure everything was okay. It is only about a 5 min. drive to the Mayo Clinic. It is located on a busy road, but that didn't cause us any problems. We would gladly stay here again if we come back to Rochester!

Good place to stay if you want to be near Mayo. House comfortable., beds good . on very noisy road .avoid if that is a problem for you. Bring your own coffee, tea , salt & pepper., and sugar as none were supplied . Plenty of food pre pans.

We stayed more than a week. The house is very nice and the host was quick to respond for anything. We highly recommend this property.

My daughter had cancer treatments and this home was the perfect place for 5 weeks of stay. The house was very clean and close to the hospital as well as Hy-Vee and other shopping and restaurants. We had different family come and go over the 5 weeks which was a great option for us. Dan was very helpful as I worked thru the booking process. Any message left was usually returned within the hour. This gave me an extra level of comfort that I knew if we had any issues, it would be taken care of immediately. Of course, we had no issues which allowed us to concentrate on my daughters treatment and spending quality time while we were here. Should we ever need to come back for any reason, I will definitely look to come here or any other property Dan manages.

When things didn't go as planned, Dan went above and beyond to ensure that I could extend my stay for several days, to avoid having to find a new place. He had excellent communication with me throughout my stay. Enjoyed being able to do laundry and also having a garage to park my vehicle in. Very convenient location to Mayo. Would definitely stay here again (although I hope I never have to :))

The house was clean and had plenty of room. The owner always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We would stay again if we are ever in the area. Close to Mayo, we walked a couple of times.

The house was a very short drive from the Mayo Clinic while also being close to other essential places like the grocery store. If I ever had any questions or concerns Dan was on top of it and answering and resolving it in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly advise anyone to book this property.

We needed a place to stay while my husband was at Mayo Clinic. We ended up staying for 2 months. The homeowner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Someone came every time it snowed to snow blow or shovel driveway and sidewalks. The communication was phenomenal. The hospitality was comforting during a stressful time. The property is in a great location and exceeded expectations. No hidden fees and willing to work with our schedule. He even went by and checked for deliveries and on the house while we were in the hospital for two weeks. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area for medical or just simply for vacation.

We were very happy with our stay. The property is close to the Mayo Clinic and St Mary’s Hospital. The house was clean and comfortable. The landlord was very accommodating to our schedule.

You couldn't ask for a more helpful, kind and understanding person to rent from. Dan went out of his way to make the stay as accommodating as possible given the health circumstances we were dealing with. A truly decent person.

This house is a gem ... exceedingly clean and cozy. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay and well furnished. It made our time at the Mayo so much more pleasant .. to be able to "come home" at the end of a long day and relax. My son loved the upstairs loft bedroom, having the extra space to work on his college classes at the desk and be away from the TV. Greatly appreciated the amenities ... coffee maker (though it is within walking distance to MOKA for drive through coffee kiosk) washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend this house and for the cost of a hotel room per night.

The house was nicely furnished, very clean, and comfortable. My family had a very nice long stay. Everyone liked the house including the 2 car garage which was an added bonus. The close proximity to both Mayo and shopping made getting around very easy. The host Dan was also very accomodating. Dan made sure that everything was perfect including the yard. I would recommend this house to anyone that needs a place to stay in Rochester.

Dan is a very responsponsive host. The home was well renovated, very clean, and perfect for long term stays. I was very happy that I booked. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in Rochester. Nice two car garage was an added bonus for us.

First and foremost, the landlords could not have been more accommodating. We had a couple of idiosyncratic requests to which they immediately and pleasantly responded. In addition, they pointed out that we had paid a rental tax that wasn't necessary based on the length of stay, saving us quite a bit of money. The home was perfectly located. When my husband was feeling up to it, we walked to the Clinic and we spent a lot of time walking around the neighborhood, up and down the river, and at Soldier's Field Park. It also was within easy walking distance of the YMCA! In addition, the house was perfectly appointed, with everything you possibly could need. It was sparkling clean and very, very easy to keep up to transplant standards. We are very grateful that it was there when we needed it.

There were a few things that wasn't perfect. When we told our host, he responded and fixed it immediately. The house was spacious for 4 ppl. We really enjoyed our stay at a conveniant location.
