I would not recommend

The apartment is spacious and quiet clean

The apartment is located in the center of the town. Down there are several restaurants and bars which make it very noisy in the apartment. The windows are quite old. So there is no noise cancellation. We stayed 2 nights and we need to use the couch in the living room as in the bedroom it was too noisy. There are also a lot of ants in the kitchen in the bathroom. The terrace is not to use as well it was quite dirty. The town itself close to agrigento and turkish steps, but the vibe is a bit off. Smelly and no quality restaurants. Just chip pizza and fried fish. I was happy to leave. Definitely the worst experience in Sicily

Chose carefully as we travelled far, expected more for the price.

Central location. Good restaurants.

Generally needs fixing up and modernisation. Apartment pictures are nice but are embellished. Expensive for what you get. Rooftop terrace unusable, dirty cushions. Basic kitchen, very small fridge for a family. One aircon unit not enough for the whole apartment. Lot of stairs, no lift. Sounded as if there is a parking space for the apartment as they said reservation needed but only street parking. Glad to see in their reply they also think the price is ridiculous.

Superb

staying in a pink historical building with inspector montalbano statue in front of the gate is something. location was great, in the middle of the corso of small porto empedocle, close to the bus, steps down to the restaurant and cafe, walking distance to the beach. AC was great, beds comfortable, terrace large, contact people nice and helpful.

kitchen is not really equipped for major cooking projects,.but during a short stay such was not a problem.

Exceptional

Great stay in the centre of town. Everyone is so nice and always say hello. The host is friendly and gives good tips on what to do and where to eat. the apartment is beautiful, really spacious and comfortable, has a nice view from balcony

The location is very good.

The property is on the last flore, and it was a bit complicated to climb up the stairs esp with a luggage (there is no elevator in the building).

Fantastic location in the center of the town. Beautiful and spacey, well equipped rooms and a large terrace. Nearby Marinella Beach is beautiful.

An apartment with an atmosphere, a very family town

Great location, apartment very clean, large and atmospheric. New bathroom. Breakfast on the terrace made us very happy. Small but well-equipped kitchen. There was sugar, salt, vinegar and olive oil. We liked the view from the balcony of the city

Very nice location on a street with many restaurants. Friendly host, but he doesn't speak english.

very hard to park in the area. We thought we would have a big terras, like on one of the pictures, but that is aparently another apartment that you can book. so that was dissapointing. There is also no kitchen.

Superb

The location is just amazing, the rooms have huge roofs, about 4 meters, the whole house is kind of a palace and the rooms are on the top floor. The host is very friendly, helpful and generally a great guy, who is oriented to please his guests (although he does not really speak English).

Bcs of the location on the centre street, there is some noise at night and the garbage collectors were extremely loud at about 7,30 AM.

Superb

Gocce Siciliane Apartment is located in the central location of Porto Empedocle over a promenade with lots of cafes and restaurants. Very close to the large beach with clean water. The apartment is large in a former Palazzo building with a balcony over the promenade. The host was very nice gave us a lot of tips about the Town.

There was actually no kitchen and hardly any utensils for preparing our own meals.
