Location was perfect, apartment size was great and the bed were comfy.

We are a family of 4. We liked the property for it was centrally located to attractions, shopping, cafes and restaurants.
The washer is a plus. there is a small dryer rack provided. Fortunately we brought our travel clothesline, pegs and own clothes hangers so We were able to dry a full load of laundry
parking was a bit of a challenge due to the limited street parking lots.
The climb up the spiral staircase to the third floor was a surprise. Not too ideal for us who were travelling with large suitcases. But on a positive note, we got a work out!

Great centre location. Beds were comfy but we booked for 5 people but only had beds made up for 4 people. Kitchen facilities available.
Spiral staircase up to the apartment. Difficult when you have luggage to carry up.

Great location.
Lack of parking was problematic and it was difficult to carry heavy luggage through the streets in the cold raining weather. A few touches like milk and tea would have added to the experience.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very stylish.

Access was super easy with a lock box at the property.
A landmark would have helped locate the main entrance. I walked past the door two times. Many of the neighboring buildings do not have house numbers, so it wasn't evident.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Beaune.
Beautifully decorated property.
It was very warm in the apartment on hot days and was necessary to have the aircon on.

the apartment is perfectly located in the center of Beaune. in just a few minutes you walk to a variety af restaurants and beautiful sightseeing locations.
we stayed when the outdoor temp was 39C and the indoor temp was perfectly cool, due to the 3 AC units. apart from the nice climate, the apartment was perfectly clean.
when I had a question about the apparent, I contacted through WhatsApp and in less than 3 minutes I had my answers.
to top it off, the car can be parked in a garage at 150 meter distance for just 10 Euro a day.
I cannot think of any downside for this place.
there is nothing to complain and I cannot think of any suggestions for improvements either. it’s just perfect.

Location excellent. Size and layout of 2 bedroom flat with kitchen and lounge were perfect for what we required.

This apartment has an excellent location in the heart of Beaune
There were unfortunately a lot of issues with our stay! The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when we arrived, and some of the windows couldn't be opened to air the place out. The whole apartment was very tired and some of the furniture is worn and dirty. It wasn't as clean as we would have liked - a lot of the cooking utensils and surfaces were dirty, and we were left with a very old and dirty sponge to wash up dishes with! There were also issues with the air con which was really noisy in the flat all night long and would not turn off - so it was very cold and kept us awake. I have raised these issues with the host, but didn't get to a very satisfying resolution.

Nice location, great apartment and well equipped.
Entrance before the apartment is really messy… cleaning needs some improvement for sure. Missing some curtains in one bedroom.

Location is great!
We had to make the bed for our 5th person, after first looking for the sheets. the Cutlery was dirty, had to wash all.. and the airco made a humming noice, when I told the owner, she suggested to put them off.. in middle of a hot summer...

We loved our central stay, close to everything. Parking on the street close by. Great restaurants and bistro near. Washing machine in bathroom, even some kitchen supplies, clean and comfy beds.
Nothing. Some loose tiles in floor. Small bathroom, but hey, you're in France.
