All the instructions were perfectly clear, communication straightforward and fast. Absolutely no issues with check in, keys collection or assistance from the host.The apartment was just wonderful - located right in the centre of beautiful Pienza. Not only was the place well equipped ( shower and the welcome gift = 100% , ) it was utterly cosy and romantic. The host and the staff were very friendly and helpful - promptly answering our questions and messages. We were amazed and enjoyed our stay to the utmost. Massive thanks.

Little apartment in a charming Tuscan town perfect for our family of four. Great location close to the center on Pienza. The town is stunning. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The town is vibrant and beautiful.

Some of the apartment has been beautifully updated but the green paint in the entrance and living room furniture could use some updating. You can't park nearby and parking in this town is a bit of a nightmare.

Pienza is a small, quiet, beatiful town and all local people are so friendly. esp our lovely hosts. We arrived late than 7PM due to rental car issue, the hosts were so nice waiting for us without any extra charge. Also spent time helping us to find satisfied parking lot and carrying heavy luggages. The apartment is located in the center of historical center, on the main street full of stores and restaurants. duomo is only 1 min by walk. Yet it's also near the ZTL boundary, means it's convinient to move luggage. The apartment is decoed in local style, unique & cozy. The sofa bed big & comfort. It has a super kitchen, with all food for a nice breakfast (bread, jam，milk，bottle water，cereal etc, all is complimentary). Communicate is so easy, when you reserved, they will contact you and send clear map and instruction helpping on key picking & parking. Will come back again.
