Very comfortable and good price for what you get

Great location, within walking distance of beach and main street. Staff were friendly on arrival and provided clean towels when asked. Clean rooms and good price. Lots of space to sit outside your room or under the trees.

The pull out bed was a bit broken so didn't fold down correct. Either sat with head too high or too low.

really friendly hosts, unit was clean and well maintained and spacious. Great location and plenty of on site parking at yoyur units front door.

Great location, close to the beach. Room is clean.

Great renovations but rude managers, which was a shame as they've always been great before.

The property has been updated and refurbished since our last stay and they've done a great job. Plenty of space in the 2 bedroom apartment. We were the only guests due to recent flooding which hadn't affected this motel, but had obviously scared people away.

The owner came banging on our door and was very angry that we'd plugged in our Tesla for 10 minutes and charged us more than we would pay a fast charger for much more charge than we got from our brief plug in.

It was very satisfactory.

Travelling with a friend the offer of a two bedroom unit was a bonus, saving having to set up the lounge sofa.

Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Private

The 2 bedroom property was very clean, spacious newly refurbished. Bathroom was well appointed. Extra tv in main bedroom. One wall heater in main room plus individual heater in bedroom. Plenty of pillows, blankets & duvets.

It wasn’t a problem but they now know to put a tea towel rail in the kitchen.

the proximity to places I wanted to see was great plus the hosts were warm and natural

the electric blanket was welcome, the hosts were wonderful, close to facilities wanted to see

Spacious rooms great beds, heaps of space, great hosts very accomodating and friendly

only disappointing thing was the pull out couch, seemed to be on a slant, had to ask for toaster but was quickly provided

Really pleasant stay in a very comfortable roomy unit

The motel unit was spacious, clean and quite central. All our needs were met 😊

Nothing that couldn’t be rectified, maybe replace the rusty fan & bathroom rubbish bin. Also the kitchen blind needs to be either replaced or just removed

Wow, great find.

Real surprise package here. Old 70's style holiday units with 2023 interiors, wow ! Every unit has a big car space. Location to the beach is 90 second walk, 60 if you really want that swim.

can’t fault the welcome we got by the lovely young guy. A good motel that needs a bit of tlc.

We liked the location. we were there for a surf comp so didn’t spend too much time in the actual motel.

just needs a bit of upgrading.. new dish rack and chopping board needed. remove the rusty bin in the toilet etc. Wifi worked on day one but not day 2.

Second time in 2 weeks we stayed here. First apartment was great, room 3. This time we stayed in room 6, kitchen needs some attention and needs review of kitchen kit eg chopping board

Very nice owners. Enough plates and glassess. Very close to the beach and town centre Good bathroom with a great shower and separate toilet.

Excellent location for beach and town. Unit #1 was ideal for us, at the end and private 😉

WiFi was weak, but we were at the end of the complex, otherwise no grumbles.

Nice stay, make sure you give your customers what is offered on your site

Good location, clean room, reasonable kitchen setup, good rail trail cycling and surf beach nearby

The website states that there is a washer and dryer in the kitchen/suite; not so. There is a pay laundry ($4 for wash) on site. It is the first place we have stayed that advertised an in suite washer and dryer but did not have one. This was one reason we picked this hotel as we are traveling around the country. I find this an intentional misrepresentation; it really made us a bit angry. The place was fine otherwise - but this really needs to be corrected on their site!

The accommodation was very nice.

The description of the property included a washing machine. Actually it was a laundry room with one domestic sized machine which you pay extra for, so have some coins with you.

Don't go if you like a sleep in but great for early risers

Helpful staff. Great location to town an beach. spacious living quarters

an annoying Pigeon was cooing at 6 am. plus there was No soundproofing between units and the bed was against the neighbour's kitchen so very noisy early mornings.
