Fairly inexpensive, clean, well appointed hotel in convenient location with small rooms.

The location is convenient. All amenities were provided. It was clean. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very small. The hotel was a bit tricky to find amongst all the other signs in the street. It would be good to make a clear map in English to show how to get from the station.

Cómodo y fácil acceso

Muy limpio, fácil acceso junto a la estación, ambiente muy calmado y con 2 combinis al lado!! En recepción muy amables y fácil para comunicarse con una mezcla de japonés e inglés jaja

3 star hotel with 2 star standards

Now, the rooms are small, but the power of the shower makes up for it. It’s also very quiet, quiet than most five star resorts in Thailand, to be honest. So those are the two good things about this hotel. Quiet, and high powered shower.

There’s non-existent service. Now this could be because there are a blend of different nationalities, but even the Japanese here weren’t that good. 7-11 had better service than this hotel. I will give one older Japanese a shout out for helping me find food and stuff. But other than that, all the females were abysmal and never said a word to me, and the Malaysian manager was an asssholeeeee

良い滞在ができました

朝食が野菜たっぷりでよかった。シャワーの水量が多くてよかったドライヤーも風量が多いタイプで嬉しい。隣、上下の音漏れも無く、静かに過ごせる地下鉄、電車のアクセスが良好。(地下道で濡れずに行ける) コンセントも多くて使いやすいポット以外に、コーヒーメーカーが部屋についていてうれしかった

櫃台有中文母語服務員非常方便溝通，同行友人在外掉了錢包，去警局備案時留了ibis的電話，後來收到了ibis的EMAIL，說警察局聯絡他們拾獲了友人的錢包，後來友人也成功取回錢包，真的非常感謝！

ibis1樓廁所旁的電梯搭到B1就直接是地下街，可以直接走到車站非常方便！早餐BUFFET品項很多菜色很豐富，味道也很好，用餐環境是很CHILL的風格而且整潔漂亮，有時間好好坐下來享用早餐的話CP質非常高！

房間很小，我們兩個人帶兩個28吋行李箱，打開行李箱的話就沒有地板可以走路，房間門跟廁所門也會打不開，很不方便

ロケーションだけなら良いかもしれないが、ホテルに寛ぐ為に宿泊するのには適さない。なにせ狭くバスタブがない。

このホテルはロケーションはとても良く大阪駅、梅田駅、東梅田駅から地下街で結ばれており、地下街からエレベーターでホテルに到着できる。雨にも濡れることはない。

部屋はとても狭く、何よりバスタブが無い。これはひどい。前もって告知する義務があると思う。部屋にコーヒーメーカーがあるのだが作り方はわかりずらく、とにかく狭いので何をするにもやりずらい。朝食も悪くはないが平凡なものでこれというものはない。

Quartos muito pequenos

A localização é boa, próximo a principal estação de Osaka

Os quartos são muito pequenos, mesmo para os padrões japoneses. E pode ter sido azar, mas minha filha viu uma barata circulando na entrada. O que impediu de usarmos o restaurante. Fora que o mesmo só estava aberto para o café da manhã

โรงแรมเชื่อมกับทางเดินขายของใต้ดิน / มีร้านอาหาร-ร้านขายของมากมายใต้ดิน

ห้องเล็กกว่าที่คิด / คิดว่ามีลิฟต์ถึงโรงแรมเลย แต่ความจริง มีลิฟต์แต่ก็ต้องยกผ่านบันไดอีก ไกลจากสถานีกว่าที่คิดไว้

Exceptional Staff, Brilliant Location

The staff went above and beyond in every situation. When I booked, I requested assistance sourcing birthday candles for my 7yo's breakfast, and instead they produced a beautiful, personalised cake plate, and decorated our room with balloons and little treats for her (and my son!). They also helped us book a taxi to the airport with minimal fuss. The location was fantastic too, with a private Whity entrance that made everything super convenient.

Rooms were tiny, but well designed. No coin operated laundry was a pain as the laundry service was very expensive for a family of 4.

Value for money. Great location, endless shopping and good food around the area.

- The room is clean and beds are comfortable. - Daily housekeeping, keeps our room tidy and clean. - Self service purified water machine is provided at the lobby. - Good buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. - Staff members are very helpful and polite. They assisted in organising our luggage transport to our next hotel. - Strategically located near Osaka Umeda Station. - At the entrance of the hotel , there is a lift to the underground level which connects to the huge Osaka Umeda Station, which also has lots of restaurants and shops.

다음에 들러도 또 가고 싶은 숙소

아침식사가 굉장히 좋습니다. 일식풍으로 먹을 수 있게 준비된 덕에 일식 한 끼라도 더 먹고 갔네요. 구운 연어, 온천 달걀로 오차즈케 만들어 먹었는데 반찬 종류도 많고 요리도 맛있었습니다.

방이 그렇게 넓은 편은 아닙니다. 이 점은 감안하시는게 좋겠습니다.

Well located near restaurants, malls and transport nodes, though rooms are squeezy and overpriced for queen rooms meant

Central location to restaurants, malls, & transport nodes. Polite, helpful staff.

1. Queen room (Yen 17,700/ night) for 2 people was too small for the price we paid, compared to twin room (Yen 18,000/ night). We could compare as those were the only available rooms that we had booked. So, queen room should be priced even lower. 2. Ibis should install more shelf space, and more hooks for guests to hang clothes. Learn from tiny Japanese homes.

Excellent stay - very clean and great buffet breakfast.

Very clean room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - great range and plentiful. Very close to the Hanshin and Hankyu department stores, and Osaka Umeda station.

Was a little confusing to find the hotel initially due to roadworks above ground but that was not the hotel's fault.

Location is perfect, room is clean and relatively new.

Roomsize is much different then expected in the pictures. Could not open my suitcase other then on the bed.

Very good

Good variety for breakfast. Rooms were good for two sisters travelling together. The money exchange in the lobby was helpful and a better rate than the one I had originally gone to within the station. Great location with a convenience store, the station and E street close by. All staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Not luxury but has everything we needed.

Street noise, mostly ambulances or police cars I believe but worth it for the location.

There’s an elevator that goes to the underground passage/mall, but then there’s an extra flight of stairs right outside which defeats the purpose of having an elevator.

Stay in the Center of Umeda

Location is perfect. Exchange machine, cool water refill, microwave oven in the lobby was reasonably good. Coffee machine with capsules in the room was complementary for overall pleasure.

Convenient location

The hotel was quite new and the room was spacious (although with no view). It was within walking distance to the Umeda station and limousine bus service to the airport. My colleagues in Osaka actually didn't know about this hotel. =)

The hotel is in the Umeda "drinking area" so the streets were a little dirty in the morning.
