Large living space and comfortable couches. Location was great. Off road parking space was good. Lock box easy to find
couldn't find a comfortable pillow. No tea or coffee provided. 2 out of 3 lamps did not work

Lots of space, large house, 2 toilets, good value, good location, double garage to put your car in. Good quality, brand name aircon, tv, full size fridge.
Most of the good brand items were damaged by previous renters. The fridge door was damaged and would not close properly without an extra shove. The remote was missing for the garage door. The tv screen was damaged, the lounge suite was damaged. Worst of all the carpet in the lounge room was heavily stained. If the culprits were charged for cleaning then the cleaning had not been carried out. The sort of damage looked like a group of feral kids had been let loose inside the front section of the house. A shame because when everything was in original working order the place would rate 10/10. I have never seen a holiday rental with as much unnecessary damage, it was very sad.

Location excellent, spacious, lots of room for our family of six. Self contained so able to do laundry, cook, etc during our stay. Supermarket, shops, beach, lake and esplanade all within short walking distance.

Great location. Five minute walk to beach and footbridge over the lake, shops nearby. A couple of minute walk to supermarket. Excellent facilities, large and spacious for my family of six. Quiet location considering where situated.

Will definitely be staying here again and was really affordable for us as we were staying on a budget.

Roomy and clean. Close to shops and restaurants/cafes
For the price you pay, we would have expected tea/coffee/sugar and internet access as a minimum (this is standard at any other accommodation)

Great self contained and with lock up garage. Very close to facilities and centrally located.
The flyscreens in the main bedroom are torn and let insects in, we prefer fresh air rather than air con.

Spacious property close to the beach and town. Good to have second toilet too.
The single beds aren’t very comfortable for adults. This is not a particularly peaceful location.

Lot of space for family. Bed was very comfortable. House was clean and well looked after. Great location, walking distance to centre, supermarket, river and beach.

The best part was the size of the unit - it was very large and had a huge lounge room and 2 large bedrooms with queen sized beds in them plus one smaller room. It has a lovely outdoor area to sit and have your morning coffee. It is in a great location - walking distance to shops and the beach. The unit is at the front (one of only 2 units on the block) but large trees provide privacy from the road. There is a double garage for parking at the back and plenty of linen and extra blankets and pillows provided.
The only negative is that there is no dishwasher so you have to wash the dishes by hand.

The place was huge and clean. Close to everything and quiet.
The single beds are not very comfortable. The mattresses are uncomfortable not suited for adults. They need to be changed.. Some spiders.

the house was amazing..it had everything that you could possibly need in accomodation..
my walk is elderly it was a perfect house , to meet all her needs.

The layout was fantastic. Open plan but distinctive kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The beds were comfortable and I loved the extra toilet. Kitchen had lots of bench space and plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking appliances. Laundry was great and 2 clothes lines. Close to Foodworks.
The only thing that I was disappointed with was that there was no bath. I had my 18 month old granddaughter with me. We were able to manage with a big plastic bucket in the shower. The remote for the garage door didnt work either but we were able to manually move the door.

The property is on main road which was not mentioned on the booking.com description. The kitchen cupboards were dirty and sticky. Crockery, plates and cooking utensils were not clean - we had to wash them again. And the floors in the bathroom were not clean.
And the host did not say that next door to us is a construction site which was very loud in the morning.
