Loved the place ,it was just my wife and I and we had plenty of space. Location was fantastic. Had no reason to contact rental agent during stay.All was was a little difficult to get ahold of them when I was trying to extend my stay.Would highly recommend to family and friends . Will most likely return for another vacation.

The unit has an excellent location and the owner communicated very efficiently at first until I messaged re:sand inside the pull out couch on arrival, then I received no response. The unit was fairly clean overall but there was sand around the couch and inside of it. The pull out mattress had a sheet on it covered in sand. The living furniture needs to be replaced , the couch sinks down on one side and the chair is old with dark stained arms and leans forward. The bed itself was comfortable but has a plastic cover on it and had 4 sheets which slid around all night. The unit is older which is fine but needs updated badly. The TVs were nice ..The mops buckets etc are left in the patio by the doorway which looks trashy. The heating/ac is located in the bedroom so
If you shut the bedroom door there is a drastic difference in temperature in the living area. I was a bit disappointed in the unit but it does sit steps from one of the best beaches in Florida

5B is a perfect spot for a couple who plans to spend most of their time by the ocean or the pool or out exploring the area. The sandy walk to the ocean is perfect. Check in and out couldn't have been easier, and RVA staff responded quickly when needed for a minor problem.

I loved being at the Cabana Beach club....it was just me and it was absolutely perfect. A very short walk to the beach and only a .5 mile walk to Harry's corner store for necessities. The unit was very nice and very clean. The ceiling fans could use a dusting but truly, it was a lovely place to stay.

Check in was so easy! Just pick up keys and go. The condo as a little smaller than I expected, but it worked wonderfully. There were three of us for a long weekend. The condo was very clean. We loved the closeness to the pool and beach. The beach area was clean and quiet. We actually had a manatee swim right up to us! We were able to go to local restaurants and shops. The only suggestion I would make is to have a serving bowl and serving tray. When we bbqed it would have been nice to carry things to the grill in one trip. Thank you for having us! We loved the stay! I hope to stay again.

WE enjoyed our stay at Cabana Beach Club"We enjoyed our stay at Cabana Beach Club. We prefer smaller complexes and this was the perfect size. The condo was clean and in good condition. The unit is located next to parking lot and swimming pool. We had a family staying above us and we never heard them at all. The complex was clean and maintained nicely. Our only issue is the split unit AC is located in the bedroom, right next to the bed. The unit is noisy which makes sleeping difficult and you can't shut the bedroom door if someone is using the sofa bed because they would not get any AC.The beach is beautiful and a 1 minute walk from condo. There are some good restaurants and a little market near by and we thought the location was ideal. Overall we thought the property was great.

A lovely long weekend. Coffee by the pool. Lounging by the Gulf. Secluded sunsets. The room was clean & had nice amenities (plates, towels, cups). The fridge is dorm sized so there’s minimal room for ice & snacks. No stove so we brought our electric skillet from home to cook breakfast. The queen sized bed was comfortable. Longboat Key is our place to exhale the anxieties of life.

We loved this unit & all it had to offer. Only downside was lack of a king size bed being that we are taller people. Otherwise, the location & amenities were perfect! Everything was included even beachfront loungers, beach umbrellas, & beach towels. I would definitely stay here again & rent a larger unit with my family.

Property location is wonderful and quiet. The pool was in need of a cleaning and the property manager kindly let us use the much larger & nicer one next door. 5b was not a great unit. Better than a hotel but dark. Bed was very comfortable, pull out couch not so much. There is no aircon in the living area where the couch is so keeping that room cool was a challenge. The mini-split unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. Slept with earplugs. The unit was also very dark. Downstairs and outside every window was dense foliage so you had zero view. My friends stayed in 7b and it was amazing - so the property is great but your stay is very unit dependent.

Positives: Can’t beat the location; on the beach, screened patio, good size. RVA manager Christy very nice as well as staff; easy to work with. Negatives: Not clean, furnishings old and poor quality, terrible mattress and pillows (bring your own), no drawers in kitchen so silverware placed under sink with cleaning supplies, bathroom needs work... basically, the unit needs an overhaul and property grounds need better care. Once unit is updated, we would recommend.

This place was exactly how it was described. I don’t know how 4 people would stay there. It is small, but was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoy eating out so a big kitchen wasn’t necessary for us. Great location close to the beach. Very clean and location on Longboat was great! It was a quiet spot for us to relax. Definitely recommend!!

The unit is right across the pool (really warm) and a short walk to the beach. One bedroom, one bath (shower) with small refrigerator, microwave and sink. Not for cooking meals. The only A/C unit is in the bedroom. (Cold in BR, hot in living area). You have to keep the door open to get cool air in the living area. I recommend another a/c unit in the living area.
We had a lot of family and friends that stayed at Cabana Club, so we were in other units so we ate there, except for sandwiches in our unit.
It is a nice small unit, but expensive. If there alone, plan to eat out a lot.
They have a washer and dryer on site that was great to have!

cute place but could use a little TLC. Shower needs to be redone and a bit moldy. Could really use a new bed and the windows need a good cleaning. The freezer in mini fridge needs defrosting. Internet does not work.

This rental was OK. Not clean - had blood around door and on floor. Had to have them come back and wash floors. Internet in my unit did not work. Signal from their fix to upper floor internet was very weak. Was there for work so I needed internet - could not do my work. I also had no hot water. except for 2 showers after they lit the pilot light.
